The food here was amazing. Like best tasting hamburger ive ever had. My freind had the chicken sandwich and he said it was amazing. The dim mood lighting was very peaceful. Great for a date night. Highly recommend trying this one.
We both loved our burgers. The house made ketchup is SO good. I'm not a bourbon person but my friend is and enjoyed the Bib & Tucker 6 year that the server recommended. He was very knowledgeable about bourbon and made recommendations based on her preferences. We are so happy we found this place! If I lived here, I would come here often!
Nice intimate cocktail bar with gastropub fare. Wide beer selection. Their grand fashion was super tasty! The location is right off of Grand Ave on 16th St and there is a parking lot next to Recordbar if no street parking is available. They even have a couch to sit on inside, with plenty of tables and one tv.
Great burgers and steak. The Spanish nachos and cheddar bread pudding were also hits. Good cocktails and beer list. Very reasonable price points
What an amazing experience! We showed up right about 4 PM on Saturday. We were able to walk in to the bar and be seated right away. Sergio, Paula, and Justin we're all amazing. Definitely recommend the Paula-ron, and anything Sergio is willing to mix up for you! We had the nachos and they were good.
Great cocktails. Grand Fashion is my fave. $20/hr to play pool. Pricy but worth it because their stuff is nice and they keep the yaywhos out.
I always look forward to Chef Celina’s Ground Control dinners. If you haven’t been yet, make a plan to attend. You’ll be glad you did!
Honestly I expected a little more from a restaurant owned by a James Beard award winning chef. Upon arrival the service wasn't very welcoming. The best part of our meal were the appetizer wings and the crafted bourbon drinks, even despite our appetizer side plates being dirty. The scallops were cooked nicely, but the beef was quite tough. One dessert we ordered was a special, it was coated in a thick layer of chocolate that had been sitting in a fridge for too long and was extremely difficult to eat and ruined the dish entirely. I wonder if chef Tio is aware of these things.
The Belfry continues to excel at everything they offer. The beers, cocktails, and whiskey are smashingly good! The food menu is superb! Had the burger, poke bowls, fried cauliflower, and the Tikka masala poutine!
Fun little place to grab a unique bite and delicious drinks before seeing a band around the corner.
