Store is very clean and staff is friendly but prices on clothing have gone up a lot. They used to have a dollar special day on clothing but got rid of it. clothes used to be inexpensive but is now over priced. Shirts can exceed $14.99. Even non name brand items are expensive like van Hussein for $9.99.

It was fairly typical for a salvation army store it had some unusual things that some of them don't have some of them do depends on what their donations are but check out we were informed that close were 50% off on Wednesday and because of my military ID we got 10% off I think on something else so they say just a little bit of money and we like going to San Antonio we live in Houston so we try to visit these stores because they have more than the stores around us.

One star I'm give them for the reason, I really need a outfit to wear . Just need clothing , this lady could not sale me a pair of pants for the reason the pants I want did not have a tagg. Instead of her saying I can't purchase the pants cause it didn't have a tagg?. She should have asked the manger what she could have done ,or any similar clothing?for me to purchase their clothing . Heatless workers here, They don't care about their customers. Smh. So sad. Never know what people are going threw. It's a second hand store. Guys.

I donated items at docking area recently and when I tried to drive out to main street a big white truck would not allow me to drive out. He was signalling me to drive to the auction area. Where the traffic was at a stand still. Luckily the loading guy saw I was boxed in. I told him white was not allowing me to exit. Dock guy was very nice and cleared traffic jam. He informed me that it was one of their trucks. The old man driver in the white truck was very rude. He should know the only reason one is exiting from loading dock area is cause one just donated. He probably needs to retire.

Very nice location, very clean, workers friendly. I made a donation 1st around back. 1 guy, very friendly, let me know if I had anything else they could pick it up for me from home. I didn't know that. Went inside, furniture looks new, clothes hung in color order, floors clean, everything was in great order. Not like some of the smaller ones I've visited.

We won't be going back, drove all the way there, found some items to try on and come to find out the fitting rooms aren't open. They had all this furniture against the doors. I asked a lady there and she said they wouldn't be available anymore. Then she said very loudly that my daughter couldn't try on some pants in the restroom. I told her that's ridiculous, then we won't be buying anything, what's the point if we can't return the items if they don't fit. We ended up going to another store where we could buy brand new items and return them if they don't fit at the same price if not cheaper. Just letting you know before you make the trip. Very disappointed.
