Review for Peter Caamano Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by Peter Caamano from Tom James. We paid for a fully custom-made suit, including a brand new shirt and shoes, for an incredibly important occasion — my mom's wedding. Not only did Peter delay the delivery of the shirt and shoes until just one week before the wedding, but he also informed us last minute that he “couldn’t find the shoes” and “couldn’t find the shirt.” To make matters even worse, he had the audacity to bring me a used shirt instead of the new, custom one that we paid for and he didn’t even bother to remove the dry-cleaning tag from it. That is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional on every level. Tom James Company needs to look into this. Peter Caamano is not representing your brand with the professionalism or care that your clients deserve. His lack of communication, poor follow-through, and disrespect for our event reflect extremely poorly on your company.

I have worked with Patrick Davis for at least 12 years now. There is a reason I continue to come back: (1) his professionalism and spot on advice, and of course, (2) the quality of the clothes. I have referred several people to Patrick over the years, including family, friends and business acquaintances. I do so because I trust him explicitly. I regularly receive compliments no matter which TJ clothes I have on -- that's because Patrick has good taste and he is, as I mentioned, a great guide in helping me pick what is best for me.

Mike has been excellent. He went above and beyond when UPS failed to deliver a jacket on time - driving over an hour to ensure my jacket was not left outside my house while I was on a trip. Mike has educated me on many aspects of my wardrobe. I consistently get compliments on my suits and outfits. All look great and are remarkably comfortable.

I have had the pleasure of working with Patrick Davis, and I can say without hesitation that the experience reflects a level of care and craftsmanship that is increasingly rare. There is a quiet confidence in the way Pat approaches his work, no rush, no pretense, just a steady commitment to getting things right. He listens carefully, offers thoughtful guidance, and has an eye for detail that reveals itself not in bold claims, but in the finished product. In a world that often favors speed over substance, it is refreshing to encounter someone who understands that quality, properly pursued, still matters. The garments themselves speak well enough, but what sets the experience apart is the manner in which it is delivered, with professionalism, consistency, and a certain ease that inspires trust. If one were inclined to improve his wardrobe, he would do well to place himself in capable hands. In this regard, I would recommend Patrick without reservation.

When the time came for my only son Nicholas, who is also my sister’s godson and like a son to her, we both knew that ONLY a custom tux from Tom James Company would do! We’ve used them many times in Louisiana but he had moved to Denver, Colorado in the past year. We contacted their Denver office and we could not have connected with a better Clothier than LIZ WEISS!!! Within the same day she reached out to Nicholas and from that point on we had no worries!! She guided him thru the process of picking out the perfect tuxedo to fit his personality and unique style. She also made sure he had the perfect outfit for the rehearsal dinner.. which we all had forgotten about but not Liz!!! She kept me and his aunt in the loop of every single exciting choice made to make sure we were a part of it all as if we were there! We can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond to ensure Nicholas looked his absolute best for this most important moment in his life! Liz suggested personalizing the lining of his tuxedo jacket and what an amazing final touch! She is a Rockstar in our eyes forever !! Thank you Liz!!! Theresa and Melissa

My husband wanted to get a custom suit for our wedding. After doing a lot of research, he came upon Tom James. This company is fantastic! The sales rep (we worked with Michael in Denver, CO) came to our home for every consultation. It was a truly customized experience and one my husband said he would definitely do again. Tom James has custom suits and shirts that range anywhere from $1000 - $5000 (they have shoes, cufflinks, socks, etc.), depending on the type of fabric you’d like them made out of. Michael did all of my husband’s measurements at home and communicated via text and email during the entire process to keep him updated. Michael made sure my husband’s suit fit exceptionally well, sending it back a few times to have alterations done on the jacket and shirt. He made sure we had it with ample time prior to leaving town for our wedding. We could tell he really loved his job and made my husband feel very comfortable, and he was just super nice in general. My husband chose a mid-tier suit fabric and a higher-end button-up shirt. He looked incredibly handsome on our wedding day and now has a custom suit that he can wear to any event in the future. We would highly recommend Tom James for anyone (they have women’s suits too!) looking for a fantastic (customizable) suit for any event with a truly personable experience!

Love the clothes! I really enjoyed the process of having my custom clothes made. Tate made it the best experience and I’m so thankful she helped create a style for my professional life. Thanks Tate, can’t wait to see what next!

About 8 months ago a friend referred a Tom James rep to me. I bought a couple items to test the waters. Now I can't stop! Clothes and customer service are OUTSTANDING! My rep, Mike Cannon, always has great recommendations for my wardrobe. I've never before received the level of service Mike provides. When a local dry cleaners ruined a shirt, Mike stepped-in and handled all the details of the cleaners paying for a new shirt. I highly recommend Mike and Tom James clothing!

LOVE my Tom James rep Bridgett Woods! I've worked with Tom James the last 8 years and I love the professional wardrobe Bridgett has helped me build. I love that she's helped me build an interchangeable wardrobe that I can walk into, quickly "plug and play", and walk out dressed like a boss. I've also really appreciated the especially feminine and fashion-forward pieces you've brought to your line lately, you've not just pants and jackets!
