Staff have been friendly and confident. They've been excellent with my son's and their individual challenges and needs. They have flexible scheduling and communication is as simple as a call, email or text away. The RBTs have been great with the challenging behaviors and incorporate our family's morals and parenting styles into their programs.
I have been working with total care for going over two yrs I have also worked with 2 other centers as well but total care home and clinic services are great. My son can have very bad behaviors and other centers put him in a hold very frequently but total care uses that as last resort as it should be and I was told they use other techniques to avoid escalation. The clinic also has cameras!!!! I have two boys on the spectrum ages 11 and 7 and I have used total care for both boys and plan to stick with this company

We have a seven year old son who has ASD, Cerebral Palsy, and is blind from birth. We tried an in-clinic ABA center and my son's conditions were just too much for staff to handle. We are very happy to have found Total Care who provides therapy for our son in home! He is in a safe and comfortable environment in our home and receiving excellent care by caring and thoughtful professional BCBAs and RBTs through Total Care. Our son is flourishing. Highly trained staff who genuinly care about their clients! We highly recommend this company!

Oh, so, I dropped off a case due to the men t al stress it had been causing me, and told the company why it was so mentally stressful, and they decided to go to the caregiver who apparently told them I was a liar, and they terminated me. Bad business practice.
