Total Care ABA has been such a blessing for my child. As a mother, it's difficult to find a place you can trust with your child, especially a child with special needs. Total Care has proven to not only work to help my child make serious progress in his development but also the staff at Total Care are amazing. They go out of their way to meet your child where they are, they treat your child with respect, dignity and compassion. It melts my heart seeing my child hugging the staff with excitement and love and they actually communicate with you, daily! They are there for not just your child but you as a parent. They have become one of the biggest support systems I feel blessed to say that we have. I feel that my child is safe on all aspects with them. I don't believe my child would be where he is now without them.
They are very kind and helpful. They always tried their hardest to get me as close to the amount of hours I was seeking. If I ever had any issues, there was always someone I can reach out to.
I’ve been with the company since February and it’s been nothing short of amazing the response time and really fast and answers all my questions. They’re there even step of the way
My original RBT left the company for another job. My ABA left the company and nobody told me. My second RBT left the company and nobody told me. And I had made a couple complaints about my RBT to my ABA. She was leaving early and not having me sign until the next day so I'm pretty sure she was staying on the clock. And then when he had days off from school and she was supposed to come to my house she would call me and tell me she's having a work from home day. Not sure how that works. Then she just abandoned my child at the school without any support. It took them almost 2 months to find another RBT. The school was forced to hire a para and now because of the way the RBT acted they do not want any more RBTs in the school setting. Initially I thought it was a great company until I lost my wonderful RBT for a horrible one. Then it was all downhill from there. Unfortunately. I did get the school to agree to a compromise of just during recess and lunch. But total care denied it. I'm sure I would have liked it a lot better had my son not been abandoned by so many people. For autistic children to create a bond with someone and then them leave is actually heartbreaking.
We love Total Care they have help my kiddo learn the skills and provide tools he needs! They’re like a second family!
My sons therapist through here is amazing! Staff are communicative and they work around our schedule with other therapies and appointments. It’s also nice to have it in home where I can be involved in his therapy as well
