There was a time when I was uncertain if services could continue for my morning client. The client was transitioning from a community daycare to a school environment. Per the school, conducting virtual supervision hours was not an option for this setting. As a result, I saw how hard Total Care ABA worked to ensure this client received services during school hours. I'm grateful for my experience working with Total Care ABA.
My daughter (age 6) goes here and in the 3 years she went to school she's never spoken a word, but after just 3 months of doing aba she's starting to say phrases, repeat what I say and even ask for things she wants. I never thought I'd hear my nonverbal kid speak but thanks to the great RBTs she has I finally got to hear her say I love you after 6 years!
This place is a joke I’ve been ignored for over a month on information that pertains to my child. The communication is extremely poor and when I terminated our contract there was stuff written on it that wasn’t true. Still waiting to be able to find out what happened for them to reassign us an RBT and to defend myself on accusations as well as defend and advocate for my son. If anyone who is part of HR or the owner reads this please give me a call until this my review will stay the same.
We are very grateful for Total Care ABA, and bringing services to our rural community. It’s been amazing for our child.
