I always thought that experience was the main factor a company needed to have in order to give great partnership. Results depend on the right approach and listening to your client's needs. That’s exactly what unifylink delivered on. My business has grown significantly!!!

Very Disappointed!!! This was a complete waste of money for me. I realize that when you pay for a lead service it's a risk, but I fell for the sales pitch... over promised and nothing delived! I would caution anyone wanting to try this lead service. The ads they created were decent, but unfortunately, they never converted to even one lead. $1295 down the drain for 0 (zero) leads!!! When you sign up, they charge you immediately. They do NOT tell you that no matter when they start running the ads, you will be charged monthly of when you signed up. They said that if I were to cancel, ads would still run through when the ads started. I signed up on 22nd, but yet the ads didn't start till 8th of the following month. I had to call and speak to a manager, Jake, to have him explain the process since the person that called me to sign up never explained this. When we spoke, he said I needed to give it at least 2-3 months to see leads coming in. After the 2nd month, I called again because still Zero leads (the only calls I had were solicitors). Jake was very kind on the phone, and he said I would receive a month free (trying to say they were losing money giving me a month free). I was locked out of my account after the 18th of the month - They did not even give me till 22nd which again, I paid for a period of time but did NOT ads run for the time I was told or even paid for! This was a very BAD investment for me!!! Lesson learned on my end!

I just hung up with Jordan Graham, general manager of this company. He could not have been more professional and understanding of my wishes.and requests regarding my account with Unifylink. He actually said "I want you to be happy." He not only honored my request but went a step above and beyond to EXCEED my expectations. Based on this experience I would refer this company to anyone wishing to grow their business and to perform for their clients. Hats off to Unifylink!!!

Rather than just treating me like a ‘number’ or another ‘monthly billing’, he spent the extra time to consider what would be the best needs for my business and paired me up with a perfect Account Manager. I recently signed up for a real estate broker advertising campaign where UnifyLink (UL) would direct Facebook users to my real estate website. I signed up in response to a cold-call from their salesman, who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . I next visited with their ad writer, Jeff Miller, who had some great ideas and was very helpful. However, before we implemented the program, my partner, who developed and maintains our Facebook site, had serious concerns about giving anyone access to some of the admin abilities on our site. My partner also had some concerns about UL's integrity due to a couple of negative reviews he found. So, rather than create a rift with my partner, I contacted UL to cancel my service. I fully expected that I would forfeit the first month's service and setup fee, which I was OK with. After all, they had invested time in generating ad ideas and setting up my company's account, and I was the one backing out. To my surprise, UL was very gracious and said they would refund the entire amount. So, to some of the negative reviews out there, I have only praise for the professionalism and integrity of this firm. For the record, I am not a friend to or employee of UL. I had my first consultation with Jessica Hanson today and I am quite excited about the possibilities I see by working with Unifylink. I was impressed that she had already done some homework by visiting my website and Facebook business page prior to the call. I received a call from Unifylink concerning advertising on Facebook. The gentleman on the phone was very genuine promoting this service. I love working with Jeff he’s very professional, friendly and helpful when I need questions answered. I would recommend UnifyLink to anyone with a FB business page that wants to grow their business and reach more customers at a reasonable advertising cost, they’ve definitely exceeded my expectations!
