I love the customer service! A girl with braces convinced me to get a shirt, I know I would’ve regret it if I didn’t purchase it. Would buy again.

The ladies were extremely nice! Everything is priced great! My coworker and I had walked across the street to check out the store and got stuck there in a bad storm. Once it was slowed down enough to get back across, one of the girls had heard me say we walked there and went and found an umbrella for us to use at no charge. Told us to just come back. I will definitely be doing that!!

I love this location. The dollar days are my favorite. The customer services is always great. Last time I went in (this past Saturday) Lacey helped me from the time I walked in to the time I left. Great customer services makes me want to spend more!!! Thank you so much Lacey for being so kind and helpful. Such a sweet girl.

Good shopping experience but a terrible selling one. I took in 2 pairs of barely worn doc martens among other things. While I waited for my offer I checked the prices on similar docs. When it came time to get my offer, I was given less than $60 for both pairs in immaculate condition. They don’t even come close to fair prices on what you’re selling.

Dropped my cloths off to sell at 12:30pm they told me 2 hours came at 2:45 and they tell me they have not even looked at my cloths wasted my time. I typically throw away cloths wanted try something new and was a terrible experience.

So I went in to sell some clothes. And me being in the service industry I am quick to observant and empathize with staff when they’re busy and have their hands full. BUT not only did they (a girl I perceived as newer) recognize me after coming in only a single time prior, but went above and beyond to provide me a time line and constantly reassure me that I was not a problem. The staff was genuinely nice to every customer they came across and just radiated positivity which was more than refreshing to see. The great staff aside. The store looked to be in good care and I was more than satisfied with my offer. NOTE TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: my first time I came there was a gentleman who left being very rude due to the offer he received after bringing 12 pairs of shoes (MK/Coach bags, Jordan’s, collectors Nikes etc all barely worn) This is a 2nd hand resale clothing store. Not StockX, not a swap meet, not a pawn shop. What they offer is not entirely up to them. So if you’re unhappy with what they offer don’t take it out on them. I can assure you it’s probably better than most places. You went here instead of selling it on marketplace or OfferUp etc for a reason.

This was my first time in and definitely NOT my last. The customer service was AMAZING! The store was clean and the prices were wonderful! The people working there are so nice and made my shopping experience wonderful… I will be back!

Wasn’t greeted when walked in, I spoke first by saying “Hi” no responses just awkward looks. As I’m browsing around waiting for name to be called I hear them greet other ppl with polite voices but I can only assume I wasn’t greeted because I’m African American. I felt singled out and low balled on the items I was able to sale. I received, $5 for a skirt and a pair of loafers.
