The worst. The place REEKS of dust EVERYWHERE so bad that me and my friend left with runny noses and headaches after only 30 minutes. Their system for everything is atrocious: clothes on the racks are STUFFED haphazardly so you can't see anything, and they have no baskets or bags to hold your things so you have a pile of garments in your hand while the other sifts through clothes that keep falling on the floor. If that wasn't bad enough, a lot of their shoes only have one of the pair out for sale so you can't try the other shoe on until you buy it, and that's ONLY IF they are able to find it in the countless bins of matching shoe pairs behind the counter. If they don't end up finding the lost shoe pair, which happened to me, they end up taking your name down and calling you later when they finally find it. AND WORST YET, shoes are final sale. What a joke. Additionally, when you go into a fitting room, it's only one person per room, even though they are more than big enough to fit two and even if your buddy has no clothes to try on. Furthermore, when you purchase items, you don't get a bag for them. Everything is overpriced and the aisles are so narrow that the staff kept bumping into me. Stuff from a horrible company such as SHEIN shouldn't be anything around or over $5-10. This is by far the worst thrift store I've ever gone to. I really hope they learn how to be organized, because otherwise the experience could have been saved. I regret purchasing anything from this place. Honestly wish I would have liked it more since I've heard so many great things about it, but it really isn't worth a visit. Please save your time and money and go to a Goodwill 😭

I sold for the first time at this store today. The employee who helped me out and was very friendly and she told me my buy would 45 minutes but it took maybe 20. I also got a 10% off discount for selling to this store. Will definitely be coming here again. Very positive experience overall.

Loads of clothes for teeny boppers and those that love half shirts. They do have loads of stuff, you just have to have the time to sort through. Well organized but really crowded and everyone bumps into everything because it's all too tight.

Love coming this store to sell clothes. All the girls here are so sweet and nice. They are so welcoming when you walk through the door. Especially Alyssa she's the sweetest person. I will be coming back definitely to sell more clothes

If you buy an item here and expect to return it with the tag on and still unworn, WITH THE RECEIPT, you will be sadly disappointed. I tried to return an item that I bought two days ago, and I was denied the return because it had dog hair on it. Three dog hairs. And a small watermark that is wipeable, and that had it on the blazer when I bought it. And I was denied the return of the item. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be shopping here again. Response to owner: it was literally three dog hairs and a watermark. I’d love to review the footage.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Unfortunately, they sold us a fake Polene! The staff at the counter was so confident that it was authentic. I was gullible and didn't get to double-check until we came home, and sure enough, they sold me a fake one. There is no Polene in Spain. It is supposed to be made in France. It didn't have a stamp either. And how convenient that they do not allow a return for it. Wow! Like I get it. You could have said it wasn't authentic so you can sell it for that price. But scamming people is not good. Now I do not like this location!
