I had a great experience at Uptown Cheapskate thanks to Emily. She was incredibly helpful, super polite, and very knowledgeable about the store and their items. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The store has a great selection and is clean and well organized. I found a pair of shoes that I wanted to buy, at checkout they realized they mispriced them (tag and writing on the bottom of the shoe both confirmed the same price, so no, tags had not been switched). So they gave me a different price at checkout. On principle, I'll pass. I won't be back.

Hidden gem. Super friendly staff. I didn't have enough time to really dig, and like most shops the men's section makes up for a smaller portion of the store, but what I saw was great. Loved that items looked clean and organized. The few items we priced seemed great. We also noticed people coming in to leave things on consignment so they seem to constantly get new items. Cant hardly wait to come back and really dig. The thrill of the hunt lol

I normally don't give bad review or care to give review but after what uptown staff did, it's unacceptable. I dropped off my items on Sunday. They were behind so asked me to come back another day. I leave my 2 bags of shoes about 50 pairs along with luggage full of jeans and another luggage full of gym. I get an email on Tuesday saying ready for pick up. $11 will be for me and I have till the closing of following day to pick up. I went the next day and everything has been donated. They finished early and didn't tell me! No call, no email!! The cashier said in her opinion it wasn't worth it. I told her I didn't ask for your opinion, you never know why people are selling their clothes so be more compassionate when dealing with people, that's unprofessional. The next day I talked to manager Angelina she was upset and hanged up. This just happened yesterday so let's see how they fix it.

I loved this place. Personal were friendly! Lisa helped me with checking out my items and she was patient and kind. Definitely come back for more!

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Very dusty in there smells like old clothes. I took a bag of nice clothes from Nordstrom and they didn’t take anything. They have guys reviewing girl clothes and girls reviewing guys that doesn’t make sense to me. Don’t recommend you can probably find better off Facebook marketplace
