Vidal Construction handled our leaking roof after recent heavy rains. The team was quick to respond, communicated every step of the way and were honest and up front about their pricing. They did a quality check days after the initial repair and discovered a secondary leak. There was no price gouging or trying to take advantage of the additional work. Aside from materials, the additional work was included with the original quoted price. They were also considerate and respectful of the property, leaving no trash, debris, or materials on site. You couldn’t ask for a more fair, honest, and competent team to repair your roof. From the smallest leak, to to a tree collapsing the entire roof, I would choose Vidal over and over again.
My neighbors roof was being replaced by your company a few days ago and I asked Joey to give me an assessment of mine. He was super nice and checked it out and said it appears to be fine for now. Joey Vidal and his team were amazing from start to finish. After a couple of bad storms we had, I called him up to inspect the roof. He came out and with in hours we had a report of the damage. He helped us contact our insurance company, make a claim, and set up when we were going to have the repairs done. He even contacted advanced solar for us to arrange for them to take off the panels. After the work was done he sent us pictures of the new roof, cleaned up all the debris, and power washed the driveway. I would highly recommend using his services. They take all the headache and trouble out of dealing with the insurance company. Joey Vidal even helped us to get our solar converter replaced within 24 hours.
Vidal Construction is a USAA-approved contractor and I understand why! My project manager, Joey Vidal's, team included Juan Fraga and Melissa Perez-Rios. Each of them provided top-notch customer support and I couldn't be happier with the total roof replacement along with the chimney siding slats and solar screen replacement. From first contact to job completion, everything is five stars (and beyond). I highly recommend Vidal Construction as they will become my go-to contractor for future home projects.
