Joey was amazing with communicating with us regarding our roof and interior repairs. He was very thorough and made the process easy. The job was big and done extremely well and efficiently. We are so pleased and would definitely recommend Vidal for others to use!!!

We called Vidal Construction to come out and check a leak we had in our roof and they came out the next day. Joey identified some of the issues and was able to resolve the issue promptly and was courteous and respectful of the property as well. I am so thankful for Joey Vidal, of Vidal Construction, not only did he alert me that me garage was open yesterday, (he lives in my neighborhood), he also let me know that I had a couple of missing shingles on my roof. When I spoke with him yesterday, he said he would do a complimentary inspection of my roof!! I love how he takes pictures and video while on the roof to document any damage that he finds and sends it to you for your records. When I spoke with him later in the evening, he was very honest and helpful explaining the process. He told me that my roof was still in good condition and only needed to replace the missing shingles. As I am not in a financial position to replace my roof right now, I was so grateful for his honesty and integrity to not say I needed anything more! He told me he would send a couple of his crew members over today to replace the shingles and they did just that. I also appreciate that he sent updated photos with the new shingles and when I asked how much I owed him, he replied that it was on him and just to “pay it forward!” I have had many people do projects and services on my home and none have ever been this positive!! Vidal Construction to the rescue! Last week we got a water stain on the ceiling in the back bedroom with paint flaking onto the floor. The USAA adjuster climbed onto the roof Thursday and said it was fine and the water damage was probably caused by wind-driven rain from the Tuesday storm. My wife wanted another assessment, this time by a roofer so I contacted Joey Vidal (he lives in our subdivision) today who was able to pop over in-between jobs to check it out. It took less than 1 minute once he climbed onto the roof to see the problem. The pipe jack for the back bedroom is completely obliterated. I don't understand how the insurance adjuster could have missed it since it was right there as he climbed onto the roof. It's a good thing we've been in a drought for the past 5 years since this thing looks to have been bad for quite some time. Joey made a quick run to Home Depot to gather parts and placed a temp fix to keep it dry until his crew can come back for the permanent fix and also fix a bunch of popped out nails and loose flashing from the previous roof replacement 7 years ago, just before we moved in. What a great pleasure to have Joey as a neighbor and to be able to reach out with a quick response.

A few years ago, Joey had replaced my neighbor’s roof. He informed me that the roof replacement was going to occur the following day, what to expect, with emphasis that if there were any accidental damages to my home they would repair it. He offered to do a courtesy inspection of my roof to determine if my home had hail damage as well. Unfortunately, I was denied coverage by my insurance company that year. As a result of the hail storms in 2023, my insurance company approved roof replacement due to hail. Joey was extremely informative of the steps I needed to take and met with the insurance adjuster to ensure all additional damages were not missed. I was happily surprised to find out that my gutters would be replaced as well. Both repairs were done quite efficiently from start to finish. Questions and issues were addressed promptly. Excellent customer service! Going above and beyond to pressure wash my driveway as well. I am extremely happy with their service.

Vidal Construction executed repairs to my upstairs family room and foyer wall and ceilings after a AC PVC valve crack. I can't say enough about their professional and workmanship!! Vidal Construction replaced my roof September of last year and they did an amazing job. Their service was top notch and walked me through every step of the way! Joey Vidal had this process stress free! Since then I have decided to sell my home and during the inspection of the sale there were some questions about the roof. We noticed the satellite attached to our roof blew off so we called Vidal Construction. Joey came out quickly, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a great estimate and we will be scheduling repairs. Highly recommend!!!
