We had an absolutely amazing experience with Joey and Vidal Construction. After the recent hail storms we were constantly getting bombarded with different companies trying to get our business to replace our roof, but after meeting Joey we knew instantly that he and his company were the ones we wanted to go with. Joey is honest and dependable and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. He helped us through the insurance process which we appreciated tremendously. The roof was installed IN ONE DAY and looks spectacular! We are beyond impressed with the service we received and highly recommend Joey and Vidal Construction!

Water leak from recent rain storm.USAA adjuster said the roof was fine, that the ceiling leak was from wind-driven rain. Joey to the rescue! He found the problem in less than a minute once he got on the roof. It was a completely torn pipe jack. He temporarily fixed it and will return to complete the repair along with other minor roof issues. Thankyou so much for your prompt service.

I contacted Vidal Construction for a roof repair due to a leak from previous work and to have the entire roof assessed, as it’s getting older. Sarah in the office was very friendly, but that was the only positive part of the experience. I spoke with Joey and we scheduled a time for him to come by after another job. He made a point of telling me that roof inspections is just a side job for him—his main career is in law enforcement. He never showed up or contacted me. I had to reach out to ask for an ETA because I needed to step out briefly. He finally called back to say he couldn’t make it due to his police job, that the work wasn’t worth their time, and they couldn’t guarantee the repair, so they were canceling the appointment altogether. If you’re looking for a company that will actually follow through on a scheduled appointment or even take the time to assess your roof, I wouldn’t recommend Vidal Construction.
