The staff was extremely rude. I was here for a comedy show and heard the staff tell many people ( including my group) many times to shut up or we’d be kicked out. None of these groups were loud or disruptive to the show, the venue just hated their customers. Every set made fun of people in the audience but got mad when people from the audience interacted with them. By far the worst show I’ve ever been to. They also locked up our phones. Horrible venue will go anywhere but here ever again.
Great comedy club but only buy tickets on their website or at the door. Bought my first tickets on stub hub and got scammed. I heard multiple people with same issue . However, bought ticket at door and glad I got in . Ron white was amazing and Joe Rogan took it another level higher. Genius . No phones or pics but great memories . Must see
2 years later: not a nightclub anymore. All they do is comedy. Old: Always have a blast when I come here! Love the multiple floors and rooftop deck. Great shows and all reasonably priced. Highly recommended for any EDM show!
The Unspoken 3 Strike Policy With No: The bouncers fail to communicate that there is a 3 strike policy, with a strike being anything the bouncer deemed too loud and not a laugh. Is it 3 strikes for one person? No, it’s for a table of four, so I hope you didn’t miss the warning while you weren’t even there. Don’t expect to get something along the lines of: “final warning”, that’s far too advanced customer service for them. If they ask you to leave, you probably won’t be able to close your tab. I saw the table next to us and my own table get kicked out for talking at levels that were acceptable at every other venue I’ve been to. The people sitting next to us flew in from out of state to see their favorite comedians, 2 of them were loud once, and then they were gone. Moral of the story is: if you want the atmosphere and quality of a stand up show, but with the security of a Netflix Special, this place might still think you’re being loud. And no refunds of course.
After reading reviews about getting billed $30+ for a drink I asked for a drink menu before ordering. They said they don't have one and said "we pretty much have a full bar, anything you want". Who doesn't have a menu or signature cocktails? I stuck to beer to avoid getting ripped off. It took a while to get seated, they told us we'll have table service. No one came so I went to the bar and ordered a beer, they were very interested in me opening a tab on my credit card, which seemed shady. Then during the show I tried to use the drink order paper on our table but they said I have to come to the bar. I guess its not table service anymore? I was surprised there wasn't a 2 drink minimum, or they didn't press the issue at least
Line wasn’t too bad getting in, good view of the stage from most seats. Nice waiters and efficient system for ordering drinks during the show
Went to Bingo Loco used a card for tab end of night tabbed out high bill paid with cash... days later still charged card... spoke with owner Nick whom stated call back gave personal number 7 days later being forwarded and ignored. $180 charged and $180 cash pocketed! Not cool hope Nick changes this practice ASAP will never recommend
Bought VIP tickets for 11/2/21 show and was assigned prime table. Went to get a drink and when I returned to my table, there were people sitting there. They would not leave so I asked security for help. They did not help and moved me to a table by the bathroom. I paid $145 for a VIP ticket and they said I could leave if I didn't like it and not refund my ticket. Seriously!! Place is a total scam. Don't waste your time or money here. I could have paid $30 for a gen admin ticket.
Terrible experience! First of all the bouncer took my phone to lock up in a bag and refused to tell me what it was for. I asked him 3 times and he flat out ignored me. Second, Our group was seated close to the entrance where you couldn't even see the performers. Then our group got kicked out for laughing too loud. Yes, I said laughing too loud at a comedy show. Staff members dressed like customers kept telling us to be quite when we laughed. We couldn't even enjoy the show because we were worried about how loud we were laughing. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never go here again.
I attended this venue for the first time the other night to see Joe Rogan do some stand up. What a great space! The staff was just as impressive, from the hosts, wait staff, bartenders and management, all outstanding. Super cool vibe and people. Check this place out for sure. If you are looking for something to do from out of town while in Austin, this is a great spot to experience live entertainment.🖖
