This review is for bingo loco. I think it would be 4 stars if you arrive early enough to sit on the lower level. If on the upper level, you can't see the stage so you need to watch the entertainment on tv screens, and you can't understand anything the host is saying because the sound system is terrible. You must use your phone flashlight to see your cards because you are in total darkness. The venue is not very clean which is probably why the lights are off. I did bingo loco in Europe and it was awesome. They need a new venue in Austin. If it's in the Vulcan, get there early!
Came down for the Comedians of the Compound show and had a great time. It was a packed house and the staff was having trouble keeping up with orders but that's expected. Overall, great experience and great show.
Terrible set up so packed it was definitely a compliance violation . We definitely didn’t have enough time with the 1 mail man to hear his comedy act. The patrons were short changed & so was he!! So disappointed. They booked to many events back to back. This is a horrible venue and set up. It had terrible seating and chairs and table's were industrial & definitely outdoor furniture. Don’t waste your money! Not a huge deal but locking up the phones was a bit much.
We went there for Bingo Loco which was a blast! However they've venue itself was disgusting - mainly the bathrooms from the time we walked in the bathrooms smelled like urine. The toilets were all gross and skewed sideways and the restroom itself was in total disarray. There were even big puddles of water or it could have been urine. I don't know but all over the floor. It was the grossest thing ever.
We went for an event and it was a blast 😃😁... check your receipt 🧾 gratuity was already included in the price , which is all good

Horrible experience at the Vulcan Gas Company for Kill Tony tonight. They clearly oversold the venue and even though we arrived 45 mins early were still sat in a hallway by the front door five feet away from the people who didn’t even pay (assuming they were the people who signed up?). None of the speakers near us were working and we couldn’t hear anything over the sound of the loud whirring coolers behind the bar and all the noise at the front door. Let staff know my father who is hard of hearing with hearing aids couldn’t hear anything and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Hope they do better at prepping before trying an event like this again. Pretty upset we didn’t get to enjoy the show we paid for…
I am not sure why any professional comedian would have a show here. Paid an extra $10 per ticket for “preferred seating” to sit 8 deep at a cocktail table and look at the back of six people’s heads. Online it shows 4 per table, you get there nope actually that table is two tables.
I purchased front row floor seats to see Josh Johnson on October 30th. Upon arrival at Vulcan, it turns out they just seated everyone first come, first serve. Neither Vulcan or Big Laugh comedy have responded to my emails requesting information and StubHub refuses to help without acknowledgement from the venue that Vulcan didn’t honor my tickets. Absolutely horrible experience and a few $$$ wasted. I couldn’t even see the show from the balcony seat I got stuck in
Will never forgive how they brought Rittenhouse on stage and forced their patrons to share the room with that roach, unadvertised. Horrible performance. Trash showrunners.
