Best store with great customer service, especially Mailian. Love it
Prices on items are inaccurate. Cashier at front calls customers lazy for not using the self checkout. They charge for the bags without advising. Horrible experience.
Great selection of styles, and when items are on sale the prices really drop.
Service great, but COMPANY or particular LOCATION!! Limit number of return items at once! For the sake of other customers and your employees!! I usually buy online and return at the store. I believe there should be limit of items being returned at once! OMG! I’ve been standing in one line for so loooong only because there are two people occupying two registers with 15+ items being returned!!!! Insane!!! Absurd! People have some common sense!

This organization probably has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced - I waited in a huge line because there was one person doing returns, and when I got to the front they told me I was 2 days late in trying to return, so I should step out of line and call their national customer service phone line to extend the return date. I did that, and the phone line stated the exact same thing. When I told the same in-store representative that the telephone line doesn’t extend return dates, he said “Yeah that’s our new policy since January.” When I then asked why I was instructed to make the call, he just said “I wasn’t informed about it.” You weren’t informed about a policy in place for 7 months? And suddenly became aware while I was on the phone AND didn’t say anything? Terrible

I love this particular Zara clothing store. The staff is always so accommodating. The store is fully stocked and I always find my size in whatever it is that I was looking for.
Is you must be mean and rude one of Zara's job requirements? Alot of the female employees at 222 broadway sure surpassed the requirement....they are just nasty, lazy, and act like we are not spending our money.. hope u guys know that it is the shoppers money paying ur salary.....
