Alaysia was fantastic! She made sure that i left the store satisfied. I had the hardest time finding the perfect jacket for my mother and she used her great ideas and helped me find that perfect jacket. My mother was so excited and loved the item. One of your workers Hope helped me with everything I needed. She had great customer service, and great styling advice, i was genuinely struggling. I felt very comfortable with her. She’s doing an amazing job!

Just here to express my frustration. I spent over $30 in transit coming from Long Island with the LIRR and subway just to get a pair of shoes that said it was only available at this specific store. I got out of work and travelled all the way to the city to get the shoes I wanted to take on vacation (I leave tomorrow) with me. The employee tried to order it upstairs from the stock room and then a few moments later, the other workers told me the stock room is closed. It’s so unfortunate and I felt bad coming but I tried anyway because I didn’t even have another option but to come at 8:40. But if you are going to close 10-20 minutes before 9 pm, why write that your business closes at 9 pm? I suppose you might as well write that you close at 8:30 pm. Anyway.. oh well 💔 just a complete L on my part.

I go more often during sale periods. And I work in the area so I end up having to go during my lunch hour - just like the whole world. This isn’t the worst zara I have seen. I think king’s plaza mall zara in Brooklyn is the worst. However, there are many issues with this one as well: 1. They keep switching return only line and purchase line. If you are lucky enough to notice this before waiting in line for eternity, you end up going up and down the escalator. 2. The managers - and this is their fault- don’t feel the need to provide customer service. For example, return line is usually a mile long with people returning suitcases full of items. (This isnt a joke.) And the only 1 person working the register will all of a sudden step away and disappear. You cannot get these people to open an extra register. Meanwhile you see 5 workers just roaming around or wandering mostly aimlessly... Do that when the lines go down. I asked once and got the “we are understaffed” bs. To me it’s pure mismanagement. The workers don’t care. They are there to put in their hours. They need to be put to work effectively. 3. Also, this is general zara bullshit not specific to this store but if the inside tag is missing, they refuse your return. And they did this to me for an in-store bought item. I had to argue for 1 hour. If u arent taking back without inside tag, it is YOUR responsibility to check items before you sell them! How the hell do we know about your inside tags?! So here it is. My review… I feel like the clothes are way too cute otherwise i wouldnt put up with any of this…

The Zara in FiDi on Broadway is one of my favorites. From the moment I walk in, the store fells bright, organized, and easy to navigate, but what really makes this location my favorite is the staff team. Every person I encountered was genuinely kind, patient, and attentive in a way that felt natural, not forced. I always have fun converstations with them. The offer help with a smile, checked in at just the right moments, and went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Their professionalism and warmth created such a comfortable shopping experience that I left feeling taken care of, not just “assisted.” It’s rare to find a retail team this thoughtful and consistently pleasant. I’ll always go to this Zara first.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the length of the return line. While the explanation provided is consistently a shortage of staff, this should not negatively impact the customer experience. I hope you can address this issue to improve wait times moving forward.

Zero stars if I could. I had an extremely upsetting and humiliating experience at this Zara location while picking up and returning items from an online order. As I was leaving, security stopped me and repeatedly accused me of having a pair of unpaid earrings, even after I voluntarily opened my bag, removed my belongings, and showed my receipt. I had not touched or tried on any earrings. Another security guard eventually came over and acknowledged that the earrings were likely somewhere nearby, but by that point I had already been publicly embarrassed and made to feel as though I had stolen something. I have contacted Zara directly, and I was told that someone would call me regarding the incident. I hope they conduct a serious investigation into both the inventory or security-system issue that caused this accusation and the way the situation was handled. No customer should be treated as guilty without evidence or subjected to this kind of public humiliation.

Mailin provided amazing customer service. She was very patient, kind, and made sure all my questions were answered. She took the time to really help instead of rushing through the process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend working with her.
