I just purchased something two hours ago. The girl with the glasses, pink hair with an emo style, asked me for my cell phone number, which I provided. She said she were going to send an E-receipt. I am still waiting for my receipt via text This is not acceptable. Since when do customers get to purchase something and not receive a receipt? Then, when I call the store itself, it doesn’t allow me to speak with the salesperson. I’ve also called CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I can’t reach anyone at Zara. This is terrible customer service no wonder I haven’t shopped in this branch for years. I am now reminded SMH

Each location I’ve been in I’ve had security and a possible secret shopper follow me. Extremely uncomfortable shopping experience I just feel like they have security cameras to watch for in store theft. Having the presence of being followed around really makes me not want to spend my money here, but I still dropped $250. When customers come into the store they should just expect positive intent.
Alaysia she was so helpful she created a dynamite outfit for me for a new job interview and I’m estatic overall cannot wait to be viewed due to the impact of this outfit ! She deserves a promotion or raise she went beyond with lots of thought and love 💝 thank you 🙏 for her services
I had to stop by for a quick dinner outfit the other day. Had so many options but Hope really helped me narrow it down, amazing energy and she just understood the assignment. The store was really organized so it was easy to narrow down my options. I don't often come by such tailored experiences in large retail stores but this was a lasting impression.
I love Zara brand but this branch is a huge disappointed to me in term of customer service. I got a pick-up order which I wanna pick up at this store and this is the first time, I used to pick up at the one on Broadway. The pick-up section is downstairs and Kids section is already downstair, so when I go down there is no body at the register and later on I see the Black girl coming out from a storage room, I go toward her and say “hi I am here for pick up”, she gives me a “You are annoying” look and take out the handheld, say nothing but I guess she wants me to scan the pick up QR code, then she goes straight to the storage rooms and take my boxes out, without even looking at my face and shout out “ YOU’RE WELCOME”! I am like “seriously, this is how you treat Pick-up customer.” I just want to say, even I am picking up an order online, I am still a buying a product from Zara and I do not need you to wear a smiling on me, but at least don’t be too racist and offensive!!! It’s a shame for Zara to have an employee like that!
I had an excellent experience at the Zara Financial District store, thanks to Christina. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. I came in looking for an outfit for a holiday party, and she took the time to understand what I wanted, pulled different options, and even helped me mix and match pieces I wouldn’t have thought to try on my own. Her eye for style and her patience made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Christina’s level of service is rare to find—she made me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in. Thank you, Christina, for making my shopping experience such a positive one. I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of her!
Terrible customer service - specifically the one chubby gay guy who worked the returns register at close on 21st Jan. The returns line was over 40 minutes long - with only one person working the register (and many people just slowly stocking the racks while everyone is waiting). There's a time and place to be chatting and joking with customers - not when there's 10 people in line and the store is about to close. He had no sense of urgency and taking his time scanning the products and folding each item, as if he wanted to chat to the customer for longer. Avoid this location.
The best Zara ive been to in years, always a great, very organized selection of clothes. Michael is fantastic and so knowledgeable!
