Their soup base definitely seems to be made from instant noodle-type powder packets, likely created in a lab. Everyone I know who has eaten there had stomach issues afterward. I even felt chest congestion for no apparent reason. Plus, everything is frozen—if you're looking for something healthy, it's best to stay away. Or you will have a blast behind you for next 24 hrs
Broth is very good even the balls available. Staffs are very friendly and attentive too! Sauce is to die for :)

Great variety of ingredients to put in your soup. Kind of wish there were more noodle options. Many green and fresh vegetables though! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back here with friends next time :)
I ordered a delivery on hungrypanda, noodles, squid and others, but I found that there was no squid in my meal. I contacted the them,but they did not admit it, and I said that it was slightly spicy, but it was very spicy every time. Do you never look at the list when you take orders? Do you treat takeaway and dining differently?
Quick and have plenty of choices for dry or soup spicy pepper dish. Y
The employees, specifically the gentlemens behind the counter, gossiped about the customers in Chinese, which was very unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The Tom Yum broth lacked flavor, and it was quite expensive for what it was. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the lady who welcomed us in was very nice, and we got 2 free drinks. The cashier also made a comment to his coworker about us grabbing 2 drinks when we sat down, even though he offered we could get 2 free drinks. 😐 Would not come here again.
Found hair in my food!
Broth was inconsistent to the others in my party. One was majorly spicy over the other. The meat used was not the best tasting or freshest. Service was alright. I would not go back.
First time coming in for lunch and had a pretty good experience. My wife and I both got the mala bowls. They were piping hot but quite flavorful. They have plenty of ingredients and I appreciate that it's self serve.
