I have been to this location twice and both times I was not greeted by any of the employees nor did I receive help while shopping on the floor. As a plus size and black shopper it was very disappointing to see that while I was making selections, every other customer walking in after me was met with friendly greetings and offers of help. The second time I visited (which was March 6) the same thing happened again so I asked to speak with a manager. She said she would email me and bring this to her superiors but have yet to receive any email nor do I think she alerted anyone of the matter. I told her how I walked through the entirety of the store (2 floors, btw) with her employees seeing me carrying clothes and not one person asked if I needed anything and I was not able to try on any clothes. It’s a shame because I truly do love their plus size clothes but have decided I will not spend my money at a company that does not value its plus and black shoppers. Need to do better.

Had my first bridal appointment here and it was an incredible experience. I felt so comfortable and guided by my stylist Tandis. She was so fun and made my first experience really memorable.

I arrived at this Anthropologie location to purchase a few dresses today, as a gift for my fiance for our anniversary. I was not greeted nor was I acknowledged when I entered the store and shortly after, I was approached by a sales associate who made the experience even more unpleasant. I was asked “are you looking for Nobu?”. I replied, “no I’m here to buy a gift, why would you ask that?” I could tell she was nervous and knew she was in the wrong… if you aren’t Caucasian, I would avoid this place. Best of luck!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the absolute best experience at Anthropologie Bridal, and it’s all thanks to Sophia. From the moment we walked in, she made my sister and me feel so comfortable, welcome, and at ease. Wedding dress shopping can feel overwhelming, but Sophia was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She really listened to what I was looking for, encouraged me to try different styles without ever making me feel pressured, and made the whole experience so much fun. She never tried to upsell me or push me into anything and she genuinely wanted to help me find the dress that felt right for me. Thanks to her, I ended up finding a dress that I absolutely love. Sophia made me feel confident, beautiful, and supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal consultant, and I’m so grateful she was part of such a special moment. I would recommend her to any bride without hesitation. Thank you, Sophia, for making this such a memorable experience!

I had such a wonderful experience at Anthropologie Weddings! I didn’t have an appointment, but I was lucky that someone had canceled, and Rachel was able to help me. She was so kind, welcoming, and patient throughout the entire experience. She made me feel comfortable and never rushed me. Nice big store in a grand building. Nice staff and plenty to buy for the wardrobe or the home.

Bought a dress and there were dirt stains on it. Got some discount. Followed the washing instructions and they dissapeared but instead the dress started to discolor. I can't used this dress now. Because I live abroad a can't easily contact the store so emailed Anthropologie on their website. So bad costumer service! They just keep on giving me an automatic answers that don't help me at all. And it's way to expensive for me to call. So I'm never gonna shop here again after this bad experience. And which store don't have their own email now a days?!

Rushed here after some transit complications to grab a dress for a wedding, needed to try one on but arrived 10 minutes before closing and the refused to allow access to dressing rooms. Might be a nice store but customer service sucks

BHLDN was my last appointment of the day. Upon arrival, my stylist (Ethan) was enthusiastically waiting with a clipboard of notes and all the dresses I selected in advance of my appointment. He was attentive to my style choices and understanding of my budgetary constraints. He seemed genuinely passionate about fashion and helping people like me feel comfortable and beautiful for their wedding day. His attention to detail was unbelievable - easily rattling off the specific type of flower represented in embroidery, providing insights into how other brides have altered their gowns, ways to accessorize, etc. It was the magical, exciting experience I thought was reserved only for bigger budgets. To top it all off, he is the single reason I chose the dress I did! I am a type A planner and had a spreadsheet of dozens of dresses at different bridal shops that I spent the day trying on. He had a “hunch” that I would enjoy a gown not at all on my radar. I did not even recognize it from the website. Yet, upon exiting the dressing room, my family erupted with screams of “Yes!!!” and “aahhh!” We all loved it. It was the best. Thank you, BHLDN, for giving me such a special, memorable experience!

I'm not sure what gives with the cashiers at this location, but they always seem sour and have a lousy attitude when ringing me up. Every time they see me I get the evil eye, and I'm wondering what I could have possibly done for them to be like this. The women in the fitting room are always sweet and aren't bent out of shape about things. I wish there was an Anthro closer to where I lived, or maybe I should just stop giving money to this company, like I should have long ago considering how right wing the owner's politics are.
