They worked me in as I was SICK. Got me in and out and thank the LORD I am MUCH better. I have been to Doc Williams over 20 years and he'll ALWAYS be my primary as I feel he gives me the best care.
They took very well care of me. They also made sure I was on an antibiotic that was working to kill the bacteria.
I've been coming into this office for around 18 years, It seems with all of today's technology, That when I call to try to talk to my Doctor, It's getting worse, Now days when you leave a message, it tells you someone will get back to you within 72 HOURS!!, Then they want to do a Vitual call, and your charged for this call. This is not how I am going to continue, I guess I will look for a small town Doctor that has time for their Patients. When Patients call they don't want to see how you have been doing! They have a issue that requires your professional? Help, We don't need to be waiting 72 Hours to get answers from Someone whom we Pay every visit. Thank you, Maybe this will be read within 72 hrs.
