Dr May is six star ! The tech was a one star ! Dr May is one of the finest people w you will ever meet .
Everything went smoothly. Doctors office staff were kind. Dr Rutland and his nurse were professional. I have nothing negative to say
I waited for the Dr to call me for my virtual appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting I called the office and they told me the appointment had been cancelled but no one contacted me. This is after a call with their office an hour before hand to confirm the appointment. I had checked in and paid my $100 copayment. Now they will not return my call and have not refunded my $100. I am at a loss of what to do as they have not been willing to help, refund my money or return my repeated calls.
It took over 2 wks for anyone to contact me regarding my 92 yo mother's lab. Thank goodness it wasn't serious. The NP we saw was inept! Fortunately, the physician she normally see is great!

I love coming to Ascension St.Thomas Medcal Partners.They polite and friendly and they take care of your every need.Iwould not go any place else I've been with Dr.John Williams for years since I was in my 30's and I feel comfortable with him.And I would not trade him for anybody else.
