One of my favourite places in Seattle. Such great cocktails and atmosphere. Service is on point and the bartender can make you anything of something on their list isn’t calling to you. Cocktails are a bit expensive but worth every penny.
Well the atmosphere is quite vibrant and much cozy. But the drinks... Not balanced, no harmony there. Barterneder was very nice and responsive.. but I wish to have my 2 drinks. 2 out 2 were definitely a miss. I think this place can do better. Keep on pushing limits guys.
It's been a few years since our last visit here and I came with the same expectations of previous visits, where I remember a quiet and intimate area with ample seating and excellent cocktails. While the doorman was very nice, the waitress was not very warm. There were only two small tables for about 25 guests, so most people were left to sit awkwardly in a circle on benches. The crowds were loud and it is not a romantic environment. We ordered two gin drinks, one with parsley and one with grapefruit - neither one of them screamed quality that you'd expect of a place specializing only in cocktails. Felt good to bring a friend here for the first time but I feel there are much better options in the area.
James and Taylor made our night a memorable experience! The drinks were outstanding, the drinks were unforgettable, and the quality of the service was undeniable. I will be back whenever I am in Seattle. I truly cannot recommend this bar enough! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
A classic speakeasy tucked behind a door in an alley. It was our first time trying Seattle’s speakeasy and it was the best choice. Cozy and snugged with warm dim lights and great cocktails. Perfect date place or hang out place with a few close friends!!
Speakeasy hidden in an unsuspecting alleyway that has a wide range of gin & whisky cocktails in addition to wine & beer options. Drinks were very reasonable and happy hour prices made them even better. Space is small but cozy. The cocktail waitress gave us recos and was friendly. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in town.

This is one of the hidden gems of Seattle. These guys are geniuses with mixology and coming from san Francisco, I have pretty high standards. We were a party of 4 and we were seated downstairs. Once seated, we more or less told our waitress our tastes and drinks and soon we had drinks crafted according to our decriptions. Mine was made with gin. I wanted a spirit forward drink, refreshing but dry, not smokey but a little tangy and herbaceous. And my drink was spot on. So were all the drinks we ordered. Keep it up guys. I wouldn't mind another trip to Seattle to spend an evening here
Its a small place they call a Speak Easy. Cool little spot in the Bell Town area. We had to wait in line for about 30 min. Prices are a little steep for something like this. Cool atmosphere but pretty loud by the time you get the music and everyone talking. I could hardly hear my finance and she was right across from me. I'd recommend it though because it is a cool little spot. Just be prepared to wait in line as they have limited space inside.
I love discovering a hidden away bar with a speakeasy vibe. This place is located in an alleyway, and you'll have to look for the wooden door with a doorman standing outside. The cocktails are wonderful. The Death Star and El Camino were two drinks I thoroughly enjoyed. I hear the bartender also has a podcast; ask him about it. The place is very small, so a wait to get in will be common on nice nights and weekends.
