Once you make your way down a slightly sketchy alley you'll find it! Speakeasy vibe for sure and we were seated in the backroom where the only lighting was the candle on the table so it was virtually pitch black (our eyes eventually adjusted but we had to read the menu by phone flashlight) Drinks were appropriately priced and enjoyable.

One of the gems in Seattle, definitely worth a visit. I went alone, but they took care of me so well. The bartender has been working in the last 14 years, he made me a drink that wasn't in the menu. Definitely had lots of fun and will come back!

Bathtub Gin is a legit speakeasy. Not a wink-wink speakeasy that even Stevie Wonder can see. The entrance is a nondescript door in an ally. Inside are two small floors with dark woods and low lighting. Matt the mixologist is an impressive pro who makes fabulous concoctions behind a tiny bar. He's the only one mixing for the entire joint. I learned he's been there 14 years...and it shows. I watched his precision even at speed. The man knows his craft. I told what kind of drinks I like and he created a bespoke cocktail for me. It was complex, well balanced and delicious. My wife kept it simple and asked for a Tom Collins extra sweet. She says it's the best she's ever had. I followed up with the Goldenrod from the menu. Tucked away off a backally entrance is where you will find this great speakeasy. You probably won't find this place if you aren't looking for it. It's definitely worth it. Awesome drinks with prices that are average when you are getting low volume, hand crafted drinks in a speakeasy atmosphere.

Now This is a true speakeasy!! It was not easy to find and the aesthetics are spot on! This was what I was looking for!! Made me feel like I was a flapper in the roaring 20’s! It’s located in a historical building, the interior walls are lined with brick, there’s an upstairs and downstairs bar, no reservations needed but you will have to wait in line which wasn’t very long. It’s a live and happenin spot playing 90’s music. The customer service was great and the drinks super strong which is what I like! I will definitely be coming back to this spot!

I’ve had one of the best gin cocktails in a long time. Romantic and cozy atmosphere, great cocktail menu and wide liquor selection. Somewhat difficult to find if never been there, 😅

My husband and I stopped into Bathtub Gin & Co. as part of a date day this weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We took seats at the upstairs bar and enjoyed watching the bar tender work his mixology magic. We stuck to the cocktail menu - first round was a Sound & Color (a drier, more classic gin cocktail) and a Rose in the Sidewalk (a rose-infused, summery flavor); second round was a Bluegrass Swing (bourbon-based and very NOLA-feeling) and a Fuzz Blossom (fresh and citrusy). The service was great, the bar setting allowed us to chat with other patrons and the bartender, and the overall vibe is super cool (expected for a 1923 speakeasy!). Definitely recommend for a fun drinking experience.

Had an uncomfortable experience with the female server on 1-25-26. My partner and I come here probably once every year and it’s usually a good time. A couple times I’ve asked the server to concoct whatever cocktail the bartender thinks is good or feels like making. They also advertise this as a fun concept on their website. Which it is! However, tonight when I ordered my drink I let the server know that the bartender could make whatever drink they liked cause I couldn’t decide on one. The server very rudely said “umm no, we don’t that here. You can tell me what drink you actually want and I can ring that in because we don’t want to remake a drink when you don’t like it”. It was superrrrr awkward and rude. So as she hovered over me as I tried to quickly look over the menu she asked what liquor I wanted and of course they’re a gin bar so I said gin and she rudely replied “see now your getting somewhere, it helps when you actually know what you want”. 💀. I’ve never wanted to KMS more than in this instance. And I was with a group of people and we were all silent when she left cause she was so off putting. Rather than coming here I would highly recommend you guys try Canon especially if you’re looking for the same upscale bar experience where they make amazing drinks with equally amazing atmosphere where you also won’t have to worry about getting mugged in the ally. They’ll even make the bartenders favorite!

We had a great time at Bathtub Gin & Co. Real Speakeasy feel, the entrance is in the alley behind the building, right after all the dumpsters. Vibe inside is great, and we had an amazing waitress. Cocktails were equally amazing. they even had a few good mocktail options.
