I have moved out of the home and I need service shut off immediately
it’s expensive . My Bpu bill is double what it should be . This bill is more than my car payment
No body wants to do their job. Im sitting here without power and i have a fish shop in basement and going to lose everything
The BPU is a big company. They have a great location on Riverview Ave.
Rates keep rising. Small house and it was 480 last month!!
While a lot of the One star reviews are just idiots who don't know what they're doing, They have made it difficult in switching over BPU from another roommate moving out to us.
I have been calling, my wife has been calling and my neighbors have been calling and we get NO response from BPU. I do not understand why they do not respond.
Good luck 😂. Trying to get in contact with a real person is next to impossible. Website sucks… all I want to do is give them easy access to my bank account to pay them and they make it next to impossible to do so.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. The most useless and unhelpful company. Extremely unreliable. Electricity should not go out as often as it does, but it happens even if it’s raining slightly. DO BETTER!
Electric cut of cause they claim to not got my payment arrangement for deposit. I have an 8 month old baby on the house and I have been otp literally all day to get someone to help me!
