Staff was very sweet friendly and fast. The online appointments was easy to use.
The 2 stars is a reflection of this branch’s poor business practice and not a reflection of the doctors and staff. I am giving this branch 2 stars because they have very limited services but do not clearly communicate that, resulting in delayed treatment that can be urgent/life threatening. For example, my grandmother recently had an abscess on her arm. I called this branch to ask if they would be able to treat this. They said yes. As a result, I scheduled an urgent care appointment for the following day. When I took my grandma there the next day, the doctors and staff said that they will not be able to help and that they recommend us go to the emergency room. Fine, I’ll take my grandma to the ER (even though I waited a day for help when I could’ve gone to the ER earlier). That is not a big deal. At the ER, they ended up performing surgery to clean the abscess. As a result, my grandma had a wound that needed to be cleaned. The hospital designated a nurse to help clean my grandma’s wound. The nurse was supposed to show up within 5 days of being discharged but they cancelled and so we needed to find an alternative. I called this same Urgent Care location thereafter to ask if they did wound care, and whether they do wound cleaning. The person on the phone said yes. And so I scheduled an appointment at their earliest availability which was around 3:30 pm. I waited all morning and afternoon until the time of the appointment. I then took my grandma to the clinic to have her wound cleaned. There, I was told that the clinic couldn’t do that. They even recommended that the emergency room was an option. I took my grandma home Maybe I am just being salty, but this business practice caused me to (1) delay treatment for an urgent need for my grandma and (2) wasted everyone’s time. Staff at Carbon Health, if you’re reading this, I like you guys. I just don’t like this business practice.
Had a great experience at the facility today. They actually did all the paperwork for me. I just handed them my DL’s and insurance card.I was seen within minutes. NP, Tac, was very professional and pleasant.
My first impression of the clinic is that it is super nice, bright and clean. The staff here are very friendly, helpful and awesome. From the front desk to the clinicians are very attentive to your needs and very personable. They helped me find out what caused my sickness ans got me X-ray and results came within 15-20 mins while I was there, which I was not expected. They even have primary care doctors which I really need right now. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Definitely my to go place for healthcare from now on!
Great place, we've been coming here more than once and always have a positive experience. The doctors are very good. Honestly, I prefer coming here instead of going to a physician. No appointments are needed, and they always prescribe the necessary medications without any hassle.
I recently had an appointment at this urgent care facility and was very disappointed with the experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for more than 40 minutes before being seen by a medical professional. I had expected to be seen promptly since I had made an appointment in advance, but instead, I was left frustrated and annoyed. Seems the doctor was double booked and the appointment systems were not working. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this urgent care facility. I had expected to receive prompt and efficient medical care, but instead, I was made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking timely medical attention. 8/15: The front desk confirmed that they were in network when I went there. However, they charged me $215 as out of network!!!!! It’s a scam!!!!
Receptionist was very nice and polite, and was fun to talk to. The person who helped get my stitches removed was also very kind and the experience was overall relaxing.
Had an appointment to have my nose checked because of severe dryness and bleeding when I use the NeilMed rinse, the lady at the counter took me right on time and Miss Dianne Jang checked on my nose and prescribed me medications that I can take. She explained everything on what I need to do. I really felt satisfied when I got out of the clinic. Everybody was so nice and pleasant.
While visiting in the area, I unfortunately needed to make a visit. I made an online appointment with little effort. When I arrived to the site I was greeted in a friendly manner and was seen within a timely manner with a few minute wait. I was seen in the treatment room quickly and everyone was so pleasant I would highly recommend this facility at this site for their professionalism. You will feel better in spite of the expense, which no one really likes! The medical team is worth it!
I came in with awful respiratory distress. Front desk was pleasant prompt and polite. My nurse was super attentive understanding and reassuring. The PA assigned to me took time to gather all of my information and put together a treatment plan. She administered a breathing treatment on the spot which was extremely helpful. Couldn't be more pleased. Looking forward to a speedy recovery.
