My daughter needed a strep test and we booked an appointment on line at the Berryessa location. They were super helpful, quick to get her chick in and tested. Such a pleasant experience that helped us avoid the er or a long wait for a doctors appointment.

Friendly, professional, and efficient staff. Easy-to-use website to make appointments, with follow-up text confirmations and phone calls from clinic staff. I was able to schedule an urgent care appointment and be seen the same day. Wait time was only 5-10 minutes for a 6pm appointment. Staff communicated well and frequently during the entire visit. Would highly recommend!
I had a good experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care. Plus the clinic was clean and organized.
The worst experience. Fractured hand and foot and a week out appt to see a specialist and they can only give 3 day doctors note for work purposes, was put on work restrictions may I add that cant drive due to boot on foot and hand unable to move. How do they expect to still be able to drive under these conditions. They have no common sense. No empathy, they just want your money and have you on your way. They stated under policy they cant provide you more then 3 days. Ridiculous! The policy needs to change. They advise to see primary doctor which i found out mine is on vacation and unable to get one and went back to carbon to let them know and still didn't get a doctor's note. Plus they give you the run around. The worst place. My advise even if you think your injury is not an ER visit still go to the ER. It will be much much better then this place.
We’re waiting for the urgent care doctor at capitol avenue and according to their schedule times they’re open at 10:30am. So we went there ahead of time and were waiting to open but opportunity the place was closed. So I looked for another urgent care and I found one that was open and they were closer to our house. I called and told them that I would get appointment for my wife due of coughing and the receptionist answerer and give me the appointment right away with our choice of times. When we got there the receptionist was so friendly and she entered my wife information such ID/Insurance after that she gets inside with the doctor. After that check up, she gives her some medication for her coughing. Doctor are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Job well done!
Clean facility with caring people. I felt safe and taken care of. If you have medical problems that need attention and urgent care, I will come here over any cramped,, loud ER. Thank you Carbon Health. EDIT: One week later l, still clean facility more on peoplyou e later. The place is peaceful with gentle, quiet music l. As with the first time, there is really no wait time once you check in. Now for the people, the re is an attendant at the front desk who handles multiple tasks calmly. The nurse who took care of me, also remembered me and was still kind and professional. The stars came off from the provider who didn't seem to be familiar with the test and told me if this happens again, go to the ER. No explanation just go there. She also was asking about my use of wheelchair which had nothing to do with the reason I went in.
The visit experience was good but I am not sure if they know what they are doing. We visited Carbon Health for my mom as she had an infection on her foot. The PA who was there helped drain the Puss out of the infection and applied medication. They also took a culture sample for lab test to see if there were any other kind of bacterial infection. When the lab reports came in, the lab HealthTrack Rx had tested the culture for Urine Infection and not for foot infection and hence the 2 stars! This is absurd. I am not visiting them again.
Solid urgent care experience. The wait wasn't too bad and the doctor was thorough and easy to talk to.
