This location is not the closest to my home but I come to it because of the attentive treatment. Never a long wait. Everyone at the front desk is always pleasant. The clinician Amy provides professional and thorough care. Very very nice!
I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were kind, patient, and efficient. Nurse and Dr. Hana were professional, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Hana took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and explain everything clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. The clinic is also very clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even more reassuring. I'm truly grateful for the compassionate care I received and would highly recommend this location to others.
They were great at accommodating my need to be seen asap (and moving my appointment more than once) and the service by everyone from the front desk to the MA and physician were outstanding. I would recommend anyone looking for a great urgent care to come here!
Front desk handled insurance quickly. Only thing was the waiting area chairs were a little stiff, but it was fine for the short wait. Easy experience overall.
Went in to get a diagnosis for strept throat and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! They were incredible helpful and I was able to get my medications quickly!
The clinic entrance was plain with admin behind a Mac. I was prepared to be frustrated as the first time these clinic makes you feel they want your money but it was not that way. The next two customers appeared to have great insurance and had to pay with cash.
Traveling from out of state, my wife got strep throat, and we picked this urgent care to get help. They had good reviews and their service was excellent. She got in quickly and got a rapid test, followed by a consult and prescription. I also had a sore throat and they got me in and checked, with a negative result. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Samantha (PA) worked quickly and also got me in as we were at the clinic, having signed in primarily to treat my wife. Hector was very helpful setting up my account and the app. I highly recommend this facility and their staff. Thank you very much.
I was thinking Amy respected me and cared however at my most recent visit, Amy PA, and the other people who are usually there, dismissed my symptoms the second I sat down. The entire visit was geared for being an excuse for billing the insurance I was on or for their entertainment. No help was accessible. The persons having access to the medical records, edited my records. Zero stars, for negligence. Zero stars, for dismissing my symptoms. Zero stars, for the smell/ odor that was apparent in the exam room I was in and the stains on the chairs. Absolutely zero stars for the team of negligent medical staff who work there dismissing symptoms. I forgot, to mention I was treated like there were no civil rights. I was treated as though my health is not a Concern and does not matter. I am baffled at the treatment and that is why I prefer giving a zero stars however Google one is pretty much Zero.
I love this place. Staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and there is no waiting if you have an appointment. PAs/MDs are professional, kind, and listen. I was so sick 1.5 years ago with a horrible cough, and the MD gave me a cough medicine that worked like a miracle at night. It was no issue getting another script for the same issue today.
