Made an appointment for my daughter and she was seen 15 min later. The staff was courteous and efficient. They met with us, took and x-ray and gave us results within 30 minutes. The NP was very knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

The PA at this Castro location was excellent as was the service. I had an annual physical here that was pretty thorough on the front end and I’m going through some labs on the back end, but I’m more than happy and satisfied that all my needs were met

Every time I have been there as a patient I have received the proper care from the medical personnel. The front desk staff are equally courteous and helpful. The physician assistants are well trained and each time I have needed urgent care I have been treated me with the most professionalism, respect, and empathy. I highly recommend this office. On a recent visit, I arrived 20 minutes late to my appointment and they scheduled me for the next day. I arrived 20 minutes earlier the following day and they saw me right away. I was very satisfied with the attention, and medical care & advice I was given. Thanks!

I did have to wait approx an hour to see the provider despite being on time for my appointment. It was very obvious the provider was overbooked by the company. However, the provider, Josh, listened to me and offered a new testing option that I haven't been offered previously for a recurring issue of over 10+ years. And, he was very friendly!

I’m writing this with immense disappointment and frustration over what was, without a doubt, the most dreadful experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility. The nurse who took my vitals was so detached, he was radiating a palpable sense of “I don’t want to be here". It was incredibly disheartening to see someone in healthcare display such apathy, especially when I was in so much pain.. Then the PA came in, and it felt like she was just trying to get out of the room as fast as possible. I was dealing with flu-like symptoms plus brutal headaches and crazy light sensitivity, and she barely listened before telling me it was allergies and prescribing an antihistamine. Nothing in my home or environment or recent diet had changed, so this made zero sense. When I tried to push back and ask more questions, she literally cut me off and basically ran out the door. I sat there for another five minutes, wondering if she was coming back because it was so unclear if the appointment was even over. When I finally left the room, I asked the front desk if I was going to be charged for the literal two-minute consultation. They told me they’d already charged my card, seemingly even before I stepped out of the exam room. I tried to explain how horrible and confusing the whole thing was, but they just shrugged and said, “The doctor saw you and wrote a prescription, so that’s considered means for a consultation charge.” So great- I left with more frustration and an inaccurate diagnosis feeling way worse than when I walked in. I’m genuinely worried about the level of care at this place, and it’s sad to think this is how our medical system operates. I’m never going back.

The medical service was excellent. The intake/triage nurse was thorough, friendly and careful to gather information accurately. I was also impressed by the orderliness and cleanliness of the facility. The wait time was quite reasonable. In fact, I arrived early in the hope that I might be seen before my appointment time, which I was. The physician on duty was professional, extremely capable, communicative and helpful. She asked pertinent questions, explained her thinking, her plan of action, and things to be on the lookout for should my symptoms change or worsen. A new prescription was called in and she invited me to message her with more information if I was able to access additional test results, reassuring me that the new labs being run would be available in a couple of days. All I all, I received excellent care. Many thanks to Dr. Fitzgerald and the whole staff.

10/10 urgent care experience- I forgot my nurse practitioner’s name but he was so lovely and awesome and listened well to my concerns. I am definitely coming back. The whole staff was easy to work with.

This place is a joke. I made an appointment at 5 pm and was a few minutes early. No one in the waiting area. I am still waiting to be taken back 45 minutes later. They then call someone who came in after me and when I asked what was going on they admitted they took the wrong person back but couldnt do anything because she was already in the room and they cant "unroom" someone. Then tell me I have to wait ten more minutes?? Unorganized. What was the point of making an appointment?!
