Extremely poor admin services. Called them more than 4 times to attempt to resolve a billing issue but was passed around with no resolution and they automatically charged my card without me authorising. Would not recommend unless you want to spend an obscene amount of money to be told you’re fine. The medical staff was helpful but overcharged me to the tune of 45 mins when it was an under 15 minute visit.

I had heard my knee. The staff was great. I was glad to have such a positive experience.

Solid urgent care clinic. The team was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I am greatly satisfied with the care I received during my visit. The staff, doctor and technician are expert.

Fast and easy -- I booked an appointment for a Saturday (almost same-day) and spent about an hour there. The staff were all polite, and the doctor made a diagnosis that seems correct, and prescribed medication for me to pick up at my preferred pharmacy location. They were also helpful when I changed pharmacy at the last minute and gave me accurate information as to how fast they estimate that the medicine will be available.

Great easy place to access good care. 4 stars bc the fluorescent lighting paired with the blank white/mint accent wall was offensive

I had come in for a UTI test situation for urgent care and they had other patients to treat before me. Mind you I am having urinary issues so I had to use the restroom like 3 times prior to my appointment with a care provider. Once I see a provider finally, they tell me to do a urine test, ok. I tried to do a urine test but I couldn't fully do it because I waited so long for the provider I had already used the restroom plentiful of times. Couldn't they have had me do the urine test while I was waiting? I also was waiting while there was empty rooms and medical assistants just walking back and forth and playing on their devices. Fine, I do a urine test and from why I could get out of myself, they "prescribe" me antibiotics. By the time I get to the pharmacy it had already been closed. I go the next day and the pharmacy says they don't have anything on their end. Fine, I call carbon health and they said they'll let a provider know to resend it. The lady at the front desk says to check back in an hour or two. I go back to the pharmacy and they said they still don't have anything. I just went home at this point because they are pretty much just jerking me back and forth. Two hours later I call carbon health and the lady pretty much says she doesn't know what to do because my original provider isn't working today and the only other provider is busy helping other patients and she can't "force" him to write me a prescription. To top it all off she tells me if I want to come in for a check up as if that was going to help? Just give me the prescription?? Hello? If I could give zero stars I would, they’re lucky I have to give one star. I would absolutely not recommend this place to someone if they were on life support because they will not get you the help you need even if it is urgent.

Do not recommend. I have used this system for 2 different urgent care needs, and Every Single Practitioner who interacted with me, including the intakes, were extremely rushed. Only one MD focused on my injury to treat me well enough for my recovery; I can't even say that whole situation went well because when I went back for the follow up, I got a different Dr who insisted I needed care I was not there to receive/didn't ask for help with, and attempted to sign me up for further appointments. Some more highlights: I was asked to guess my weight for an intake. I was asked to walk undressed from the waist down, by myself (in lieu of the offered wheelchair), by giant windows you can clearly see in to from Market Street. Each visit I waited for over a half hour passed my appointment time, while walk-ins were building in number. Once, one of the staff had to tell the front desk to pause on registering them. If you get an X-ray, they insist their system can only send the results via "secure" email, not the standard copy on a CD for another DR to receive. This system is using urgent care needs as a way to build money for itself, not support client needs NOR give their clinician staff enough time and space to properly give care. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Highly recommend - was able to schedule 3 different next day appointments online, they've always been running on time (for morning appointments), visits were efficient, practitioners are kind and listen. Cannot speak to walk in or afternoon appointments, but it's above and beyond the most efficient urgent care experience I've ever had.
