From the warm welcoming smile from the very helpful receptionist to the kind and thoughtful care of the nurses and doctors, Carbon Health makes coming to the doctors as enjoyable as can be when you’re sick. I’m really grateful.
I came to Carbon Health due to a fall I had the day before. I was able to get the appointment the same day. The entire personnel were very friendly and was treated with respect. I was attended on a timely basis. The doctor ordered some xrays and explained everything In great detail and in a way I was able to underdstand. I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend for anyone to go and receive urgent care. Beats having to wait several days to get an appointment with your primary doctor.
Doctor seemed to assume I wanted pain medicine and offered ZERO help for my foot. I can’t walk at all or put any weight on it and she said “well it should feel better 3-4 days” but couldn’t tell me what happened or anything to do to alleviate the pain in the meantime. I hate this place…. Junior staff without experience!
The lady who works the front desk ,with the tattoos , is one the most least helpful , most rude people I’ve encountered in a while. She belittles and makes you feel dumb for asking questions or why you have simply shown up. She also could not do her job correctly and the other nurse had to come out and help her. She has made me never want to come back
I suddenly developed a rash so I went to urgent care without an appointment. I barely had to wait, the staff were very quick, understanding and friendly. In the end, it wasn’t serious, and I went home feeling relieved and very happy with the care I received.
The exam was thorough but quick, and they emailed the paperwork to my employer before I even got home. Saved me a huge headache
I was traveling from the Midwest and ended up having a sinus infection. My daughter who lives in San Francisco, told me about this clinic. I was amazed at how easy it was to get an appointment, how competent the front desk was and how knowledgeable PA Joshua B was. They called in some prescriptions for me at a local pharmacy and within a few hours of my visit, I began feeling better. I highly recommend!
My visit was easy and as pleasant as an urgent care trip can be! It was easy to schedule an appt for this morning and I was seen promptly. Everyone was kind and welcoming, my strep test was quick, and I got the answers I needed for my questions. I would definitely come back for a future urgent care need.
This was one of the easiest healthcare visits I've had. The team was welcoming.
