Simply Shady, I Honestly Believe They Watch For Senior Citizens , Then Make The Move To Tow The Vehicle. In All Do Respect, I Told My Husband (73 Years Of Age )That To Park There ,Was Careless. But Today Was 94 Degrees, And He Simply Wasn’t Feeling His Best, But I Honestly Believed They Watched Him Park. Then Proceeded To Hook Up Our Car, And Tow It Away, But God Is Good , He Took Care Of The Situation, And My Husband Returned Home Safe 🙏 From What My Husband Experienced With Them, He Said The Staff Were Very Courteous With Excellent Communication Skills.

Picked up our car which had been stolen. Thankful that police found it. The experience of picking it up from the pound was an eye opener. The staff members could not have been more rude, inept, slow and unprofessional. We thought at one point that perhaps one of the staff members was mentally challenged because it took so long for him to fill out a simple form. If he is developmentally challenged then I’m glad to see that he has been hired and getting a chance in life. If not then I can only think that he and the staff are all taking medications of some kind. Best wishes to all who have to come here.

Shout out to the Da Best tow truck drivers the City of Chicago can employ. Was not pleased about the tow, and I can't tell you how many times we looped around to find this place, but we finally found it. Lower Wacker and the nearest landmark is the Radisson Hotel. You will see 500 East Wacker, then there will be a red obscure sign (I believe white letters) that says Auto Pound. It will look like a dead end, but it's not. You must keep going. The lower level entrance for the Radisson will be on the right, and straight in front of you will be the pound. The moral of the story is that you shouldn't risk it because the hardest and fastest working Chicago tow drivers will get you real quick. And the tow is $175. 🤭😂 The staff was cool, and there was no damage to the vehicle.

Worst experience ever! This city is so broke that they charge you for every little thing. First off, this place is so hard to find, tucked away in the corner of lower wacker. 2) All the employees are rude and aggressive, they take their sweet time while I’m being charged. 3) the fines are ridiculous, I need a permit city sticker, towing fee, and they add a parking ticket for having my car on with blinkers for 2 minutes. This is a legit scam and I don’t know how it’s legal, it’s CROOK COUNTY!

Very Bad ...they tow cars from 10pm pretending it is a Tow zone ..it's a Trap to get at least 175 $ or more each car ..i am ok if you break the law you have to pay ..but i disagree those traps like there is a paper sign that's someone took it ..no way sucking people blood specially Pandemic time 🙈🙊🙉 Such a shame ..

Towed my vehicle although we paid the meter. I still have the receipt via text from the pay by phone service. We went to the bathroom and came back 20 minutes later with time to spare. We walked in the cold snow for 30 minutes with a special needs child and they made us wait almost 20 minutes to tell us anything. They were so unprofessional just laughing and having a blast, no sense of urgency. This was the worse experience from a business I have ever experienced.

While the staff is friendly the lack of bilingual communication, comprehension, and transparency over the phone is inconvenient. If your plate tags are expired know that you must get a 7 day extension. Also- having to find the location of this place is ridiculously difficult. There are no signs or guidance.

It’s fine that I got towed. The problem is everybody is so rude. They wouldn’t tell me where they towed the car too. I mean I’m out of state person and you have no information. There’s no phone number or information on the sign as to who to contact. The police couldn’t help me. The other numbers couldn’t help me There was a there was a young man who happened to hear was talking and knew what we were talking about and he was nice enough to bring me here. Then yeah, they ignored me for a while and then no hurry to help.

Terrible isn’t even the best word I could use…yall these people towed my parents car WITH my grandma in the vehicle!!!!! It’s one thing to tow a car but to do it and not notice someone is in there is absolutely crazy! My poor grandma is of age and wasn’t able to walk around downtown while my parents were getting something taken care of, so she wanted to wait in the car until they were done. Please be careful everyone.
