What a great place for a beer. The selection is awesome. The bar is fun. The staff is fast and friendly. It’s great for a bar date or if you’re with a big group. Wether you’re a tourist or local, City Tap is iconic !
First time here. Popped in for a quick lunch. We missed the lunch rush so we didn’t have to deal with any crowds. The place looked great with its high ceilings, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Korean Short Rib Tacos which looked small but were packed with meat! My companion had the Pepperoni Pizza. He loved the thin crisp crust. Overall, it was very enjoyable and we will be back!
The service was exceptional - even for a quick weekday lunch. I would give five stars but the menu is a little uninspired. It's standard for with some trendy swaps. The food is good though, and pretty fast. We tried two of the bowls - the Delhi chicken and tuna poke. They were very similar with different proteins. I would go again. It was very hardy and fresh tasting.
Good vibe, has a bar and sports on tv. Shrimp tacos were good. The umbria pizza was a bit dry for my taste. I like my tomato sauce and this one didn’t have any. Service was great. I wouldn’t make a trip out just to come here but it was convenient for being open in the area later in the evening.
My half chicken was good. It came with a corn jalepeno casserole, the best part. My bf had a medium burger that was not pick but still juicy!!! With fries. Our drinks though, not my happiest Rum Punch.
Our family dined here tonight expecting great food as we had in the past. The restaurant was packed, mostly for the Phillies v Braves game and an event in the party room. The food arrived very quick and now I know why. My burger was extremely rare, almost raw and several of the chicken wings we ordered were not cooked all the way through. Our server, Brittany, was very nice and took care of the situation right away. The manager asked if we wanted a replacement dish. I had lost my appetite so we had the dishes taken off the bill. I would have given 1 star however I will give 2 stars since they were both very professional and courteous.
A nice and spacious tap house that has a great selection of beers on tap. I was happy to see so many local options on the list and a good variety of beer as well. My personal favorite the wheat beer category had 4 different options listed. As for the food it was all really good. I spit the pork nachos and then my partner and I got the Korean tacos and Nashville hot chicken. The tacos were pretty decent but the Nashville hot chicken was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend it. Over all a really nice place with great food and drink options.
Adorable place but horrible service. Ordered the Mac n cheese with BBQ pulled pork. No BBQ to speak of. Waiter rarely checked on us despite being nearly empty. When I asked for BBQ sauce he even mentioned “it looked funny”. He was too busy talking with other staff. Mac n cheese was very bland. Overhyped IMO. Then, because our waiter never came back after dropping off the check, we paid at the bar. After we walked down the block he had the hostess call us down to say we didn’t pay our check despite me having my credit card receipt in my hand. Don’t feel the need to ever go back.
This is the first time I here. It's a nice resturant bar that serves bar food. I gave it 4 stars because the burger I ordered came out rare and with the extras that I didn't want. The server was gracious and rectified the situation quick and the replacement burger was just perfect. I would definitely recommend the four fathers pizza it was delicious. The ten spice wings although good it really only tasted lime it was one spice no extraordinary spice I was expecting hence the name. I would return with my girlfriends to hang out and get a drink and get a quick bite downtown
Great bar in the city with lots of TVs and many food options to choose from. Came here when they had a birthday party and a office event so this place is huge and not your typical bar. Great place to watch football games, date night or get some drinks in. From my experience, the food was okay, it was a bar food, so dont expect too much from the food.
