Ed one of the managers here is COMPLETELY rude. If things dont go as planned he talks to you like you are a blithering idiot. That is no way to talk to a customer. Poor customer service.
Events of this morning rank Management of both parties =000 Worker bee's = 1 (thank you) 70+ residents with no accurate notice We deserve more!
When I had a problem with my electric bill customer service was able to help me with my issue.
During this extremely cold weather, I just want to thank you for the weatherization program on my home! I'm cooler in hot days, warmer in freezing days! Huge difference!!
not happy! the PUD has trimmed bushes that hide their substation on 99th St at 2st Ave for many years. This is the only time you have trimmed and left the debris? BOO - HISS.
Clark County PUD is always "on it" with keeping the power on! The crews & staff do hard work, we truly appreciate it! Thank you so much!
Bart Hansen is an amazing guy and is a 10 star player here - definitely a stand out person that not only has exceptional business development abilities, but just good life values as well. Also shout out the the PUD as a whole!
We had a major outage that was caused by a car accident. Our power was restored really quick considering the damage to the utility poll. Clark Public Utilities was on it immediately. Thank you!
Don't care for their phone help, but in person they are pretty good. I honestly mostly come here to use the Level 3 electric car charger. I wish their 117th Ave branch had one.
This has just gotten way worse over the years. My power has been out for nearly 48 hours and still no update and restoration is unknown, we are snowed in with little food and water, and are literally freezing. This is unreal
