Their field workers are awful. Impatiently yelling and honking while I was waiting for a pedestrian to cross the road at an intersection.
I appreciate the newsletters with consumer advice.The most recent letter included cautions about utility scams.I would also suggest giving consumers a heads up about this one.Especially in rural areas it is easy for a dishonest person to shut off the water at the street and then go to the door to tell the owner they must pay a fee to repair or restore the water.It sounds plausible and urgent so people may agree without contacting PUD.
Power outage today 12/27/2022 @ 13:47. Heard two pop's, lightes flickered twice and went off. Waiting for update. UPDATE: Power came back online at16:46 PM Nice Work!

Used their services for 2 years, never an issue. Was able to start, pay, stop service online.
I've been with Clark Utilities for 3.5 years and have never had a problem with customer service the few times I've called in or went in to their office. If I call in with an issue, they have been respectful and patient. Thanks PUD for the great CS phone service and for the quick repair for a tree limb down and blowing transformer in Washougal this a.m. 32°, windchill 21°, it only took an hour to fix. Very grateful customer!
Idk why they'd have such a low rating. Great customer service and as long as you don't have a bucket of excuses for your ineptitude to pay! I've been MONTHS late and call to pay with an apology for MY negligence, it's always received well. That's right y'all, accountability goes a LONG way!
