Pretty prehistoric on information and informing US your customers when power goes down the ETA of service being restored in each area. A customer wide text or email. Instead you get a message machine saying we have been receiving a lot of calls from your area. Great Service NOT!!! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because you at least had a message machine. COM ON MAN weak

They sent a debt collector after me for a bill I paid over a month ago after moving. My account had 0 balance and receipts for the bill I paid and they couldn’t even be bothered to check that before filing a claim against me.

Live in Battleground and we've had two or three outages in the last 5 years or so and each time it's only taken about 30 minutes before the power was back on. These guys are good.

4/12 Year, later still rude. I'm not stupid please stop talking like I'm . Is being rude part of your training? Rude! Manger and Representative. There policy's have changed because covid is over. So you better not have any pass due or they want it right away.

Closed out account, moved to new a state, and evidently even if I provided Pacific Power with paper proof that I vacated property...they have every intention of charging me. Incompetent is a nice way to express how stressful their services are and how difficult this situation is. The operator was unhelpful and seemed to think that repeating himself would mean that I’d eventually agree. Don’t do their energy saving plan...and if you can avoid this company altogether, I’d recommend that.

Power was out for 50 minutes. Second time in this location.. but we are up in the mountains of Brush Prairie. PUD was out with their crews in no time. Clark PUD is an awesome community utility that serves their customers well. Excellent l.

We live in rural La Center and this year there have been more outages than normal because of weather related issues. CPU has been so responsive and quick to get up and back “on”. Thank you for your hard work!!

During these challenging windy conditions and the red flag warnings all over the county and state, it's understandable that it may take a while for them to get people out to your house to fix the power in a safe manner. However, when they DO send people out to fix the power, you expect them to fix all the houses in the troubled area and NOT skip your house. My home has been without power for well over 24 hours, going on to 48 hours by the end of today. We have been repeatedly contacting them to get this issue fixed, but there has been little to no initiative to get it done. I have an aquarium running off a generator to keep fish alive, online classes to attend, homework that needs to be done, online businesses to be run, and showers to be had. It's absurd. Two stars out of hope they fix it today. If not, it'll be bumped down to a one star.
