The Lancaster omelette was really fresh, and the French toast came with the cutest mini jam jars. The service was also great with low wait time and an aesthetic modern atmosphere.
I visited this restaurant last weekend and had an amazing experience! My server, Jonah, was fantastic—super knowledgeable and gave spot-on recommendations. I tried the pancakes and the avocado toast for brunch, and both were absolutely mouthwatering! The potatoes on the side were a must as well! If you’re ever in the area, definitely ask for Jonah—he won’t steer you wrong!

We were staying at the Study and decided to grab lunch at the Co-Op. They were very friendly and able to quickly accommodate our party of 7. The food is a little bit on the pricier side, but everything was very good! I had the smash burger and it was great. While all of the staff were awesome, I have to give a huge shoutout to our waiter, Craig. He provided excellent and attentive service and he has the best personality. He was so kind, friendly, and funny. Such a genuine person and a very hard worker. He made our experience so great that we decided to come back for breakfast the next morning (the omelet was amazing!) Thanks Craig!!

Went in for bottomless brunch today and had an amazing experience! Our server, Jonah, was so attentive, knowledgeable, and really fun! He told us at the beginning that he would watch us like a hawk and always made sure our drinks were full, and he wasn’t lying! The food was great too! I highly recommend coming here for bottomless (or regular) brunch! Make sure you ask for Jonah, he will make sure your experience is 5 stars!
Healthy lunch. The salmon was cooked the way I like. Very pleasant service.
First time visit with a 10 person meet-up. I had the half rotisserie chicken with garlic mash and brocolini. Lavender Lemonade. Highly satisfied with flavoring and plating of this dish. It tasted like a savory home cooked meal. The atmosphere was cozy with a moderate noise level. Other large groups were seated as well as couples, and it was just a vibe for me on a Sat evening with a group of acquaintances.

Went in for bottomless brunch today and had a great experience. Our server Jonah was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the meal genuinely enjoyable. He let us know upfront that he’d be keeping an eye on our drinks, and he definitely did—our mimosas were never empty. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and solid quality across the board. If you're in the mood for bottomless or a regular brunch, I’d definitely recommend coming here. If you can, ask for Jonah as a server too!
