UPDATED POST: I don't usually write reviews on here but I've come back to the Study again and was just so amazed. I was sitting at the bar and watching something, listening to my airpods. One of my airpods fell and I couldn't find it any where. The shift supervisor Steve along with Mood, behind the bar, jumped into action. With so much kindness and alertness. And their dedication inspired customers to start looking for it. All of this resulted in my finding the missing airpod, all while enjoying a greal meal. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! ORIGINAL POST: I recently stayed at The Study, where I also had a wonderful stay and which is connected to the Co-op restaurant & Bar. Everyone has been wonderful at the hotel and at the restaurant, I wanted to especially praise Craig who really went above and beyond and made me want to come back to the Co-Op. Thank you to Craig and everyone at the Study and at this awesome restaurant (my family and I have dined here in the past and the awesome food and service make me want to make sure we come back here in the future). Thank you to Craig and to everyone who make this restaurant so awesome!
Everything was awesome, Jonah was our server and he killed it on every level. For a brunch place it operates like it’s a 5 star dinner spot. Would recommend to anyone within a 100 miles radius
came here after a long shift, great food + great service, thanks to our server jonah!
We had a great brunch at Co-op! Our waiter Jonah provided excellent service and the food was great! I haven’t been able to stop thinking about their homemade English muffins!
Craig was amazing. The entire crew were kind and you can feel the teamwork. The food was DELICIOUS! Get the steak and eggs. + pancakes! 🤤
We had branch in here. We could relax and take a rest in here while college campus tour in hot day. Locate close to The University of Pennsylvania & Drexel University.
Sunday Brunch 9/30/18- Ambiance is 5-stars but the service (kitchen) needs improvement! The servers can only deliver what the kitchen puts out in a timely fashion. My brunch was mediocre that included under cooked bacon, small portion sizes, brunch punch being unavailable and a late arrival to update my concerns. This was my first experience & will more than likely come back for drinks only. Very disappointed & my guest was extremely upset with the experience as we did initially seek to invest in a private reception at this location.
We've been here before and had a good enough experience to return 3 times. On our fourth visit, we arrived with no reservation. We reserved a table on the spot and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. We were okay with this as we had positive visits as mentioned. We were told to watch our phone, but apparently missed an initial text as we discussed the many empty tables we observed. I Must note we were told it's a hard 45 minute wait. We headed to the car, canceled parking and commenced to wait while still being naked at the number of entry tables. We finally get an alert that the table is ready. Return soon after only to be to be told we missed the 15 min window. When we reviewed the texts it came ad we were walking out to get back to the car. The host even mentored that we were outside when the text was sent. (Not even a minute had passed. We mentioned this and acknowledged we were thinking the wait would be 45 minutes as told and we're not thinking the table wild be immediately ready. Nonetheless, we were seated and ordered based on our previous experiences. We order drinks to start, my daughter did not like the Lemonade (made special we were told) and the waitress had a negative reaction when she asked to get another drink instead, we were told we would still be chargedd for it. (we were not) zdid i mention we couldn't complain much because the manager is the one who took care of the reservation with a hard 45 minute. The host literally told us we were right outside and kept walking when they sent the text (ad mentioned we were shocked and discussing the events thinking about the 45 minute wait. We will not go back!!
My partner snagged a last minute Mother’s Day reservation here and we were pleasantly surprised. I’ve never been here before but I pass it all the time. The service was is wonderful and accommodating and the food was very good. The monkey bread is incredible. The only reason I didn’t have the food 5 stars is bc I have not had dinner there. Will def be back for that. Such a cool and chill atmosphere too.
Have a taste of avocado toast and you will deep dive in the ocean. I bet they treat their salt jar as candy jar, dumping salts like snow in Alaska, too salty. I asked for a napkin and waited 30 minutes people just ghosted me. Environment is not bad but the food quality and service not too much to say
