The folks at C&F were amazing! I would definitely recommend them and will most definitely be using them in the future. They worked with me and all the little details of this shipment. It was packaged well and made it cross country in fine condition. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them.
You know the saying, "Good, cheap, fast -- pick 2 out of 3"? After years of storing odd bits of old furniture with very patient friends in another city, our backs to the wall in a rushed, last-minute move, I was desperately looking for a way to get the stuff sent to meet us at our new residence. I did not expect much when I completed the online form but a day or two later, Gage phoned with some sensible questions about what we needed and from there, things went incredibly smoothly. Arrangements were made via email to collect the furniture from our friends' home, the initial estimate was confirmed, the pieces were crated beautifully, and delivered less than a week later to our new residence in an obscure part of town by a nice young man who found us without getting lost, and had a dolly that rolled the crate (~ 300 pounds) off the truck lift gate and over the curb to our house in about 2 minutes. There was none of the usual drama about how hard it was going to be; he just did it and waved goodbye. The packing was stellar; my husband, is something of a packing snob (with good reason), paused in his stride when he saw the crate and said, "Whoa, nice job!" The load included 3 antique mirrors - no damage at all. The entire transaction was painless, and I only wonder now why we didn't do it sooner. The very best part? The cost was much less than I had expected. Nice. (For those who are wondering, why bother, good point; these were pieces of sets with family significance and we could not face being The Ones Who Let the 4th Chair Get Away.)

I am a long distance truck driver. I picked up a load from them in Cape Coral Florida on a Friday afternoon to deliver here in Phoenix Monday morning. Me and my co-driver busted butt to get over here on time only to refuse the load. I have someone's house on the back of my truck. That customer will not receive their items in a timely fashion. In all my years of driving, I have never had a reciever that was as rude as they were. I will not haul anything for them ever again. I would give them a zero if that was possible.
Update on prior review. My first review was day of drop off. My item has since arrived. Extraordinary packaging. Great communication. Arrived to my address safe and sound. Highly recommend. Thanks to the staff once again.
