GREAT company to work with and Dennis was amazing. Had a high end Art Job to move within State. The staff at Craters & Freighters in Phoenix are fantastic. We had a ER where we had to have merchandise packed and shipped to us asap. I imposed on the staff to figure out how they could accommodate us and squeeze us into their busy schedule. They took care of us and made sure the crate arrived on time.
Craters & Freighters did an excellent job of packing, delivering and unpacking our fragile glass curios. They were exceptionally careful with every piece and understood how much the family furniture means to us. We couldn't have asked for a better or more pleasant experience and give Craters & Freighters our highest recommendation. They are the experts!

To All, I've always enjoyed the business relationship that my company has with Craters and Freighters. They have been diligent, careful, timely and friendly. as a company and as individuals they focus on customer success. It is rare that a company is so very gracious and giving as Craters and Freighters. When a very large (300+) boy scout organization (which I volunteer with) was in need of archery targets for a week long summer camp we went to Craters and Freighters for the foam for the targets. We were surprised when they offered to donate the targets as a gift to the boys and to the community. From the first contact at the front desk to the craters themselves to the executive office they have shown a servants heart and a deep desire to assist. THANK YOU CRATERS AND FREIGHTERS!!!
We had a delicate job for a nervous client to pick up, crate and ship to London. C&F did a fine job checking over the framed items and building the crates needed for the shipment, all handled in a timely fashion and with great care. I'm so glad we worked with them, especially Toni and her crew.
I had a requirement to move half a million dollars of sensitive IT equipment from a Datacenter Phoenix to London, UK. I do not have staff on hand in the US so had to co-ordinate between Craters and Freighters and Datacenter Staff to organise the packing and shipping of the hardware. Craters and Freighters were really good at guiding me through the process and keeping in touch. When I went to London to collect the hardware it was very well packaged and was all installed and working with no issues. I was honestly expecting at least some minor issues as the equipment is sensitive but it was well packed and all worked perfectly once installed. I will definitely use them again as I have a requirement to ship further hardware later in the year.
Our purchase from Celebration of Art was delivered too soon….we were not at home and it needed a signature.! The gentleman from Craters and Freighters worked very hard to make it happen after we were home ( and our local freighter at home were not very cooperative). Thank you , thank you for a job well done!!!
I used Craters & Freighters in Phoenix to ship a set of dishes among 12 boxes. The boxes with the dishes were clearly marked fragile. Unfortunately half of them arrived broken. While the boxes where under the responsibility of Craters & Freighters, they were repacked unprofessionally by their subcontracted DHL which led to 1/2 of the dished arriving broken at the destination. I was expecting professional care and responsibility while my boxes where under their care. When I raised the issue, I found their contract places strict limits on liability, making it difficult to recover the actual value of the items. While the staff were responsive during booking, the outcome was disappointing. I would caution others to read the fine print carefully before using their services, especially if shipping fragile items.
I had a piece of furniture shipped from Arizona to Michigan. My item arrived in perfect condition. Christopher Mean was very helpful with this process and provided an accurate estimate for the cost of my delivery. Overall it was a stress free positive experience. Thank you! Highly recommend!
