I needed to transport a heavy piece of furniture across country, and Craters and Freighters were wonderful to work with and made the whole process from quote to delivery easy! The shipment arrived early and packed incredibly well. Would absolutely use them again if the need arises!
Craters and Freighters is THE best company I have dealt with for handling my art. Their crating services are excellent and the people are professional. David Dettman was an exceptional provider of customer service from the beginning to the final return of my art after crating. He was in close contact with me all the way through the process and his services exceeded my expectations. I would use Craters & Freighters Phoenix services again and would recommend them to all who want excellent crating and shipping.
Craters and Freighters was very easy to work with. This was a cross-country shipment. C&F took all my change requests and general nervousness in stride. Packers arrived exactly when scheduled and picked up all boxes quickly and carefully. The office staff were great at keeping me up to date on the progress of the shipment. Shipment was delivered by partner company, on time and unloaded into my garage without any glitches.
I was in an EXTREMELY tight situation with relocating for work and Craters & Freighters was highly recommended. Brad and Dennis were patient with me and walked me through the entire process. Dennis made sure my possessions were protected and made me feel at ease. This company is awesome and I would HIGHLY recommend them. The staff is absolutely amazing and it’s always a blessing to do business with great people 💜.
I needed to ship a very large antique cupboard with glass doors as well as some antique pottery from Scottsdale to Western MA and Craters and Freighters did a fabulous job. All arrived in perfect shape! Very happy with their work.
Excellent job all around. We had the C&F team pick up panels of a sauna from a customer's home and pack it for shipping elsewhere. They were able to do their work in the time frame we needed to best accommodate our customer. Outstanding job; you made US look good! Craters & Freighters is a business that provides excellent service! We highly recommend their services for crating and shipping artwork, or any fragile or special items (or any items at all really!). They are skilled, professional and patient. While they take great care to crate shipments with the sturdiest, most protective structure possible, they also do so expediently. Their service is fast and the quality is definitely a 5 star rating!
What can we say about Dennis and his team from Craters & Freighters? ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Craters and Freighters Phoenix is amazing! I needed 2 pieces of furniture moved from AZ to IL after my father passed away, and Dennis was helpful and professional. The price was affordable, and the packing job he did for my great great grandfather's desk and metal wall art was just outstanding. Do not go anywhere else to ship furniture!
We use Carters & Freighters for all of our large art or furniture shipments or crating. They always provide a very through inspection and report - always let you know of issues right away. Mark stays on top of each job through every phase. Just amazing!
