We chose Craters and Freighters of Phoenix to pick up equipment that we had purchased from an auction in their area and needed two large pieces of equipment and several smaller pieces shipped to two different locations across the country. The Craters and Freighters team was very helpful and professional in a less than ideal situation in picking up the equipment from a disorganized site. David kept me updated regularly on their progress and the items have made it successfully to their destinations. I would highly recommend them.
A trusted source recommended them to us. They packed and shipped a 7.5' tall x 4' wide antique hall tree from Scottsdale, AZ to Greensboro, GA. It arrived on time and without damage. We found them to be professional, communicative, and prompt. We would definitely use them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
In the last two years Craters & Freighters has made three out of state shipments for me thru Covington Fine Arts Gallery in Tucson. Works have always been picked up on time, packed and delivered without incident. Recommend them for any art shipments.
An expert and professional staff who crated some fine arts and a very fragile Italian glass cabinet. Items were taken to their warehouse, crated and returned for the moving company. When our belongings arrived, another Craters and Freighters crew came to uncrate and place the furniture items. All items arrived in perfect condition (a set of screws was missing but the Phoenix office is compensating for the loss). Despite this minor issue we give the company an excellent review.
I shipped a custom-made table from Phoenix to Rhode Island. The service at Phoenix was friendly and professional. I was delighted when I received the table. It had been tightly packed in a custom-made crate fully lined with styrofoam that could have withstood some pretty rough handling (though there was no evidence of that). The table came through without a scratch. I highly recommend this company.
