I have used East Carolina Automotive several times. I always found them honest and reasonably priced. They know what they are doing and treat me like family. I will continue to use them for my go-to mechanic.
Way overpriced for what the work was. Then the guy started calling me every other month asking for more work.
I went to this shop after calling a number of places in Charlotte, the guy I made appointment with was very kind and upfront about issues I could be dealing with. The diagnostic test was reasonably priced compared to Charlotte. My air is working again after being without for over a year, I am satisfied with the results and would recommend them.
This shop is the absolute best! The guys that work here are knowledgeable and quick. The prices are really fair and you can be confident that your car is getting exactly what’s needed and nothing more. They are not pushy, but check all the variables. I highly recommend this shop!!
I can’t say enough good things about East Carolina Automotive! They saved us thousands of dollars by being honest and only fixing what was actually needed—when other shops told us we’d have to replace extremely expensive parts. The team was upfront, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s such a relief to finally find a shop we can trust. We won’t go anywhere else now! It was a great choice when we chose East Carolina Automotive when we first moved to Monroe 5 years ago. Since my husband passed away , Jerry and his son, Chris have taken care of my car. They always explain what is needed. About a year ago, Chris went above and beyond when he drove to my house to get my car started and allow me to follow him back to the garage. May son told me about this place. They worked on his vehicle so I put mine and I’m glad I did. These people are so sweet time I walked in. They worked on my car and time I left my car runs like brand new and these people they talk with you with a smile on their face. They are heavily see it to you with a smile.They are awesome.
Great Indy shop. I’ll be going here from now on. Brought a newly purchased 2002 Ford Excursion to them with a laundry list of repairs and specific parts to use for those services. The team did a great job start to finish. Repairs included: motor and transmission mounts, transmission filter and flush, coolant flush and installed a new degas (overfill) bottle, alignment and more. This is not a “great job on the oil change” review :). This crew can handle what you need. Thanks!
Easy to find clean venue. Pleasant and friendly people. Work done quickly, checked all around my vehicle and even replaced a tail light in back I was not aware was burned out. Really appreciated this. Will return here for any upcoming service needed.
From the beginning they made everything very professional. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my Volkswagen Golf. They went on and beyond to give my car in great condition. They even pointed out some details about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I will 💯 recommend them to anyone.
