We’ve been taking our cars to East Carolina Automotive for the past two years. They have always been courteous, professional and our cars have been returned when promised. I like the fact that they are a small business automotive facility as opposed to a large franchise based business.
I had great experience at East Carolina Automotive. I found the cost of my repairs to be reasonable and the staff was professional and friendly. I should mention that I have an older Lexus and I thought that the fees would be outrageous but they certainly weren't. I will definitely be going back for future automotive issues and getting my car inspected.

I have always had a great experience here. Jerry and Chris are extremely knowledgeable and I have trusted them with my work and personal vehicles. I recently had a transmission failure in my personal truck. I was planning to use it in a upcoming event. They were able to order a new Ford transmission and to my surprise I got a call 3 days later for me to come pick it up. I am very pleased with them as always and would recommend that you give them a try.
