I took my first car here and they were nothing but kind, helpful, informative and honest with me. My car ended up having more issues than I had previously anticipated and they worked for hours to correct it and saved me from having to replace my alternator! On top of that, their pricing is very fair. My car is running great now and if I have more trouble with it in the future, I will definitely bring it back to East Carolina Automotive.
This is the first time having my car serviced at East automotive. They took it to the back to see what my problem was , notify me of the problem and had it fixed the same day. I really appreciate you guys and look forward to seeing you soon!
Second time coming to get alignment and both times they went beyond my expectations I’ll recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get professional results, staff super friendly and they explain everything to the teeth.

Did a phenomenal job and was able to squeeze me in while I’m on my lunch break it was at a very reasonable price. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend their services, especially for someone like me that lives in Mecklenburg County and was around that area and needed a car fixed ASAP.
Easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. Shared my concerns about the vehicle and was given an honest assessment. Work was completed while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. Would recommend.
