Wonderful service. I needed airport transport for my 6-month old and me. They were prompt, safe, communicative and so kind. Would absolutely use again.
Had a fantastic experience with Echo Limousine. Everything about the process was easy from booking, to pickup, and even when my phone fell out of my pocket at the airport drop off the team was incredibly responsive helping to find my phone and ship back to me across the country. Would definitely recommend and book again.

My international flight arrived early, and got out of the immigration, etc earlier than expected. Had to wait for a few minutes, but dispatchers were helpful. Driver was careful and courteous, the car was clean and spacious. Will definitely use again.
On the most important day of my fiance and mines the limo service cancelled our trip. We were expecting to take the limo service downtown Chicago to City Hall to get married, the limo was scheduled for 9am Friday morning. Not only was the limo service scheduled twice, they also cancelled the service both times. We were waiting for the limo early that morning and after 9:20am we had noticed the ride had been cancelled from an email, no phone call was given. This was a horrible experience, we had to find a new ride through Uber and Echo Limousine had already taken over 300 dollars for the scheduled service so we had to come up with more money to take a different mode of transportation, which we was out of another 250 dollars. Echo Limousine don't know the trouble they caused us on a day that should have been stress free. There were no compliments offered, we only received a sorry for the inconvenience. I wish businesses had better customer service nowadays.

The easiest and best experience for our wedding. Our driver packed all of our stuff into the car nicely and helped every bit of the way. Incredibly nice and helpful drivers who arrived on time or even a bit early. Truly could not have been happier!
We booked for our wedding weekend and reserved 3 hours in a passenger van to accommodate pickup for our entire bridal party and immediate family in separate AirBnB locations. There was great communication from the start of booking and it was so easy to adjust our route as needed up until the day before our reservation! Replies were very quick for any questions we had along the way. The van itself was so spacious and comfortable, it even had a table in the front! The driver was very kind and did a great job taking us through the streets of Chicago. Great service for such a great value!
