Professional and excellent service. Vineta was our driver for the day. She was polite, well versed in all the locations in and around Chicagoland with efficient routing every time. Definitely ask for her as your driver while you are in town.
Our driver, Rosa, was early to pick us up at the airport, and she communicated with us by text to coordinate our pickup at curbside. Rosa was very knowledgeable about Chicago, and she was an excellent driver! Next time we intend to request Rosa because she was so professional and yet personable and fun! What a great experience with this car service!
1st time we used Echo Limousine for a late night pick up at O'hare. 1st class service all around. The pricing was very fair, and the communication was excellent. Dispatch sent a number of reminders to confirm the driver would be there and then the driver's communication was great. He even took the initiative to be waiting at the pick-up spot vs. waiting for us to text...really appreciated that when we were leaving the airport around midnight. Will definitely use again in the future.
We booked for our wedding weekend and reserved 3 hours in a passenger van to accommodate pickup for our entire bridal party and immediate family in separate AirBnB locations. There was great communication from the start of booking and it was so easy to adjust our route as needed up until the day before our reservation! Replies were very quick for any questions we had along the way. The van itself was so spacious and comfortable, it even had a table in the front! The driver was very kind and did a great job taking us through the streets of Chicago. Great service for such a great value!

Edit: the CEO of the company reached out to us! He was very kind and apologetic. He even paid for our airport parking. We received a full refund for our limousine reservation. Thank you so much!!! Very cool company and we will try to use them again in the future! Our driver never showed up. He called a few times and we gave very clear directions. Our house is not hard to find. I even dropped him a pin. After 45 minutes we gave up and drove ourselves to the airport!! Do not recommend.
First time user of Echo's service and I would absolutely use them again. We arrived from a 14 hr flight into O'Hare and our driver, Vaneta, was there with a warm clean SUV. She was a safe and skilled driver. Usually we stay at a hotel and fly to Cincinnati the next day. This was so much better and a similar cost.
Echo was excellent in every way. They always answered the phone, were amenable to changes, on-time, great communication and a driver who was polite, friendly and quiet.
