If i could post a minus star i would. Energy Trust is a disappointing government program where the engineers that should know HVAC are clueless and lead you on for months thinking that you might receive a rebate, then deny it. WHATCH OUT!

The place is so clean it's practically immaculate. The recent remodel did an excellent job, including artwork to match the polished surfaces. The office workers are prompt and courteous. I like that the same security personnel is at the front lobby desk for several years now. That's a nice feeling when entering the building.
Rude. Terrible service! They are in business NOT to rebate anything! Applied for a rebate for a new heat pump. Denied . *they say* I submitted the information past 60 days. Not true. Submitted information for a rebate on 11 new windows. Denied. They want 11 different stickers, which the installer removed and discarded. Will NEVER use or recommend them, going to file a formal complaint with whomever I can.
It's a great program to help us make the most energy efficient home improvements. The rebate process was easy and quick.
I wouldn't have been able to afford my new insulation without their help.
The split system they installed was a complete failure. After cutting a 2 foot square hole in our ceiling the installer said that when it drops below 40 degrees he shuts his off and turns on his pellet stove. We should have been told that they don’t work well below 40 degrees before being installed. Good thing we kept our monitor heat for backup.
