May 11, 2020 we had 16 windows and 1 half shape window installed and I thought I had a good price. Very satisfied with my windows except for 1 minor adjustment that the service repairman coming on Tuesday June 2nd. Thank you for your continue support Rob!

Very impressed with the quality of materials and professionalism of the installers of our replacement casement windows, front door and storm door. Having placed the order in June 2021 during the pandemic, and waiting for materials, along with EWDM storing our ordered supplies until we returned from our second home location for installation in May 2022 was so appreciated. I waited 5 months before posting this review so that it can relate to the entire process and see how their installation holds as they promised. Requirement: I had 17 windows that needed to be replaced as those were the contractors' grade quality. I live in the community managed by the HOA and have to follow the provided guidelines for any exterior home improvement projects. 10 of these 17 windows needed to be tempered glass as they are low to the ground which also costs more. Also, the windows had to be energy efficient with a lower U-Factor. Quotes signed in July 2020: I got 8 quotes before sitting with Lonny Fleekop from Energy Windows. I asked him to walk me through the only information I needed to decide whether I should go with him or not. Without wasting mine and his time, he quickly went over the process and provided the quote. Deciding factors: I signed the contract the same day for the following reasons 1. No pressure - e.g. “Special Price” if you sign the contract the same day when quotes are provided 2. Good quality windows compared to the other higher-end quote with similar quality 3. The professionalism of the sales rep “Lonny” 4. Provided all the documents required by the HOA Installation in November 2020: I had some hard time getting the installation date due to COVID-19 and some misunderstanding on both ends but the owner of the business kept it very professional and followed up in a timely manner. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and begun the installation. I witnessed the entire process. All crew members were very experienced and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and hauled away all old windows and debris as promised. Overall: I had a pleasant experience overall and would recommend them for any new/replacement windows project. The owner of the business is very professional and values customers.

Our Journey with these windows installers started off well. They came in and measured and quoted a bit less than $600 per ideal manufacturer double hung replacement window and capping when we agreed to replacing most of the windows in our home despite originally only wanting 2. (They would not do just 2). Home Depot quoted 1K each for 2 Pella windows with lifetime warranty and I think we should have chosen them! So we ordered in August, with the contract stating up to 90 days and advertised as a before Thanksgiving 1 day install. After numerous calls with the office, most of them responded by a female receptionist rudely beginning with "are you calling the right company and what is the date on your contract" (weeks ago!) we were delayed multiple times until the owner Rob gave us a January date. Most of the windows are perfect but the original 2 windows we wanted came 10 inches short! The intallers (Diamond Windows LLC, a separate company with no website) did their best to make it look acceptable with the modified fit but it's not what we expected.

Had a very pleasant experience with energy windows. From the time the sales person entered my home, to the installation process everything was so easy and professional! I love my new windows my upstairs never felt better!

I selected Energy Windows, Doors & More after consulting with 5 other window companies to install two bow windows, one being 12 foot wide and the other being 8 foot wide, and they warrant the windows lifetime, and also provide a lifetime install guarantee. This entire process began with the sales representative Manny who was very knowledgeable, to the expertise with the windows measurers Robin and Ian, to the excellent on time installation by Jay and his crew, with the entire project being painless from start to finish, the pricing was extremely reasonable, the installation was performed in a safe professional friendly manner, accomplished ahead of schedule, and the windows and materials are of extreme quality and manufactured by a company in business over 95 years, and that tells the story, as you survive in business 95 years by providing an outstanding window. I would highly recommend using Energy Windows, Doors & More for all your related needs.

In September of 2016, I used Energy Windows, Doors and More to replace all of the windows on the first floor of our house in Ventnor, NJ. They did a fabulous job and gave us an extremely low price as promised. Mitch was very professional, thorough and fast! The actual installation was done on time and to perfection.
