I just ordered a second set of new windows from Energy Windows Doors and More based on my more recent replacement of windows. The process, presentation and first hand look at the windows demo piece was excellent. Install was performed as scheduled and in a very timely, neat and helpful experience. I would recommend them for any window and door replacement considerations.
Great and clean job done. Huge choise of windows and doors too. Ian is always very nice and very accommodating. Installers were quick clean and fast to work. Highly recommend them 👌

Just had two houses that got all new windows installed, Ian and Robyn had came out to look at both homes and go through process and show samples super professional and kind. The workers that came for installation, Andy and John were fantastic knowledgeable and worked clean super professional and nice. Windows are beautiful!

Ian was very professional and knowledgeable about the products they use and services required, look forward to working with Energy Windows doors. Mark The installation crew of Andy , John & Marley did a amazing job, the windows look great , could not be happier and highly recommend.
We got a custom front door and sliding back doors installed with tthem. First they were at least 3 months behind on procuring the dooor. The door and the surrounding panels were TERRIBLE QUALITY and even worse they used indoor paint on an outoor surface. First the inside handle falls clean off THREE DAYS after the door was installed, then a month later, the outside handle comes loose and falls off. Finally less than 5 months later, the paint starts chipping left right and center from the surrounding panels. They refused to fix it citing that the panels, that were installed WITH the door, are "Not covered under warranty". On top of that they were argumentative about me being unreasonable about their services. Even the back side sliding door was done badly. Some older wiring at the back was left hanging loose, the panels were not caulked professionally. This company buys CHEAP equipment uses substandard processes and charges an arm and a leg for it. Unfortunately NOTHING good to say about them. Terrible company, Terrible quality, Terrible people. STAY AWAY and go with just about ANY OTHER company. Added on 06/11/2021. I am not sure how you say you were not aware of the backdoor when I have spoken to your person several times about it. Yes I did contact the manufacturer about it too. Their email attached. Point is why do I even NEED to speak to your manufacturer. I paid you NOT THEM.
Could not be happier! I needed new windows for my entire house, not an inexpensive undertaking and these guys were highly recommended to me by a work colleague. I believe this is a family business and it sure felt that way, just outstanding customer service, deep expertise, and close attention to detail. And no bs! Absolutely could not recommend them more highly.
